呢間小食店係同事介紹，話佢個雞蛋仔好正，今日經過！門面好簡陋，好求其放個木箱就開檔咁，有啲上手嘅標貼都未清走！一個阿姨在看檔，不過既然來到，就叫一底！阿姨事先聲明要等，首先佢用熱板加熱個雞蛋仔模，再加蛋漿，慢慢烤焗，佢用好純熟嘅手法起咗個雞蛋仔，放上曲起嘅鐵網上吹涼再入紙袋，佢仲問我要唔要再加膠袋，我即食唔使加！前後等了15分鐘！雞蛋仔（$9）：外脆內軟，每粒雞蛋仔之間嘅縫隙好脆，中間煙韌，充滿蛋香，再加上熱辣辣好味！係好味！食物簡單就是美！ continue reading
