朋友介紹吃過好吃的火鍋店,所以大伙兒一起到來試試。每人一隻南極蝦,大隻又特別,只係仲有冷的質感,蝦身未完全解雪。象拔蚌刺身盤好大盤巨型,但價錢仲驚人!店員不停問仲要唔要黎多盤,真係識做生意。沙薑鳳爪,不過不失,皮較厚,脂肪較多,很有嫩滑感。一邊吃熟食,一邊就來火鍋配料。芋頭片響鈴包芯丸午餐肉牛肉片栗米墨魚滑餃子貴妃蚌每人一樣非常鮮甜最特別的是土匪雞,這個要預先訂製。雞以麵包包裹,令雞的肉汁香味全都保留於當中,不會流失。由店員幫忙剪開麵包皮。原來還有荷葉包裹,店家說這個是精心製作,光是烤熟雞已很費時。要吃這隻土匪雞相當有難度,由於不包切件,我們要自行「手撕雞」!撕開才發現內有乾坤!窒滿冬菇絲等餡料,不過味道偏咸。埋單每人$680,心裡驚訝又驚慌!在深水埗、長沙灣這一帶,$680理應吃到高質食店,但這晚實在沒有一道廚房小菜是值得回味。雖然有房仔坐,但一邊吃已感覺到頭髮、衣物一直吸取油煙味,吃完離店,即發現全身上下的油煙味什強勁!這個價錢吃中下質素的火鍋,應該都不會再光顧做「老襯」。 continue reading

我地幾個同事开完ot揾宵夜食,行行吓見到有人派傳單,咪試下呢間火鍋店囉,十点幾上到去都要等位,原來21:30後7折,唔怪得咁夜都咁多人……坐底就已經有老闆娘親自招呼同时又介绍左D即日海鮮及刺身,好多種類,有象拔蚌,藍花蚧,龍躉件。第一次試北極貝刺身,好特別好鮮甜,好重海水味!嗰份響玲係最好食,即叫即炸,好鬼脆!好重羊內味嘅羊頸脊,仲有一次過可以試幾種牛類的牛牛四重奏,D牛果然夠份量。不過下次嚟真係要book定位,如果唔係又要等位啦……整體食物不錯,海鮮種類多及新鮮,招呼好,環境舒適, continue reading

今天有朋友生日請食飯去左間火鍋店,仲以為打邊爐,但原來同一般酒家一樣食全席宴。但係呢間D餸菜真係好好食,真的要俾Like,好正最特別係花開富貴雞,好特別,好足料之餘仲好入味,D雞肉好嫩。仲有香煎金蠔外脆內嫩,心思在於每件金蠔連埋旺旺燒餅,更脆之餘連D汁都唔會流晒出嚟!外面多數都係蒸鮑魚,但今次係生煎鮑魚,好濃味爽口最後,重點係冇唸過火鍋店的廚師可以做出那麼美味的小菜,下次會再試火鍋。D服務員好有禮,好Nice,老闆好熱情嘅招呼,環境好優雅及衞生,讚 continue reading

琴晚成家人去左之前成日去嘅打边爐,本應打算食火鍋,点,知老闆娘推介小菜之後!改变打边爐嘅唸頭,又好……試下先……雖然,成日係外面食小菜,唸住都係差唔多,但竟然,出面好少食到嘅嘢呢到可以食到。一D都唔腥嘅懷舊雞蛋焗魚腸真係好好味!红酒燴牛尾好入味,仲要送埋蒜茸法包,連D汁都唔放過,正呀!直得大讚就係香煎龍躉翅,佢地選用翅位,好厚好厚的骨膠原的鱼皮,好有口感,老闆娘話唔係日日有嫁,新鮮先會賣,否則D肉会梅!每次都会食嘅鬼馬咕嚕肉,真係keep到水準,脆卜卜……仲有新菜色原條爙茄子,好特色,燒到啱啱好,外脆內軟!咪以為呢間火鍋店只係得打边爐,D小菜都好出色,大家下次試下!有個小tips,想食好嘢記得要望下牆上嘅必食推介告示板,成日会轉新菜色,把时令的食材煮D新菜俾客人試!睇得出用心製作 continue reading

16/1和一班朋友相聚, 凍凍地去打邊爐, 這裡什麼都好些, 先來一個雞煲, 再加水及另一清湯煲打邊爐. 在未有得吃時, 又有大量小菜選擇, 但我們又怕吃不完, 只叫了my飛佛椒鹽鮮魷. 雞煲的雞肉也滑, 正正常常. 想提一下, 個三層牛肉, 叫牛四寶咁上下, 每層的牛也來自不同牛位置, 最頂層仲有牛肉粒. 牛肉粒要煮耐一點. 朋友最喜歡底層的部份, 我也不知叫什麼. 田雞腿上枱時還在動, 好新鮮! 小朋友們都覺得有趣. 魚豆腐很"林", 好吃. 再推介一支農場椰子汁, $48左右, 好大支的, 我們全部女士及小朋友全晚都只是飲了兩支(男士飲啤酒), 有椰味又有椰肉小粒, 好似好真, 好健康咁. 另外我覺得服務很周到. 提一提大家, 坐房是要收minimum charge $2000的, 但如果大班人來應該都好容易過額. 共10大人吃每人$270 continue reading
