呢間野其實一路都見到雜誌有賣 有講話好大碗 咁終於早個排的起心肝同朋友一齊去試下 去到都要等一等 因為鋪位唔算好大 咁就有得簡幾款啦 同埋好既係有得簡多同少既份糧 如果中意芽菜既應該中意既! 但餸就真係少... 好既係即刻整 啲面質都吾會太硬/太淋。湯呢就個人覺得比較咸。蒜味好重 個人幾中意 不過呢方面好睇個人喜好如果整體多啲餸多啲面(因為吾係淨食芽菜就飽)就會更好!唔係非常之吸引 但味道口感整體都可以接受 都聽過朋友講無之前咁好食... 但真心既係 - 貴! 性格比無咁高....... continue reading

黎過幾次黎食次次黎食都會飽到上心口因為個量好大份仲要啲配菜可以叫正常/二倍/三倍其實食過咁多日本拉麵佢算係不過不失因為佢可以簡麵嘅粗幼度同埋可以簡配菜嘅份量可以跟據自己嘅要求要決定食黎咁多次依到黎食我都係今次先打混亂嘅食評因為佢記執先想係執之前黎食第一次去食個陣個湯底好濃係好重口味個啲黎嘅好重豬骨味唔錯但有好咸😂可能我平時食得淡唔太慣咁重口味唔知食第得幾次見到佢出左個辛辣味完全係我致愛呀!辣得黎幾過癮鐘意食辣嘅真心試得過最後一食諗住食返個辛辣味喇點知啲員工話冇左有啲失落但都叫左個原味嘅黎食不過同得當初黎食有啲落差嘅個湯底冇以前咁重口味 冇咁濃味啲配菜 芽菜個啲見到佢係炒過但食落好似用水整熟咁樣不過最正都係粒流心蛋夠糖心🤤🤤🤤正呀!不過粒蛋有啲咸咁解🤣最後一食都算係咁喇食緊其間都幾多人入黎食同埋等緊位 continue reading

(長文慎入)見有唔少劣評,但我同事又好似好鍾意,我決定自己試一次,睇吓係咩料。一入到去,覺得好特別,同香港大部份拉麵店唔同,裝修raw得嚟幾日本。坐喺啲煮麵師傅前嘅"bar枱"位等拉麵,見佢有個細磅用嚟磅麵嘅份量好認真。第一次來,我決定揀兩倍野菜,唔要背脂,正常大蒜嘅玉子拉麵。原來啲麵係由煮麵師傅直接俾我嘅,有個銀色"梯"碟托底,都幾搞笑喎,但我好鍾意佢親手遞俾客人嗰吓。講返碗麵,嘩,好大碗呀!兩倍野菜已勁大兜,野菜係略為炒過嘅芽菜同椰菜,正是本人最鍾意嘅其中兩種菜。心諗今次發達啦咁多實飽,因為我當時好肚餓。首先飲啖湯,冇背脂一啲唔肥又唔會濃夾杰,幾啱我口味。我揀中太麵都夠粗夠咬口,食吓隻蛋,竟然好好味,係我近日食3間深水埗拉麵最好味嘅,佢應該加咗啲自家製味落去,唔知點講,總之有驚喜。只可講句,呢間拉麵一定唔係人人都鍾意,因為我覺得佢賣點係芽菜,唔加嘅話,會嫌佢兩塊叉燒太細。對於芽菜控同粗麵控,呢度一定係天堂,我食咗幾啖,已覺得好開心好抵一定要翻炒呢間店。簡直想一面食一面寫食評🤣仲有,好鍾意佢放好多樽水俾人自己serve自己,成間嘢嘅感覺係輕鬆古怪,好特別真係有啲混亂,係一間特色但唔係迎合到所有大眾嘅拉麵店。最重要係食到好飽嘅罪惡感,其實只嚟自芽菜,I love it♥️ continue reading

開業四年多,混亂拉麵在外間的評價,只有好與差,兩極化沒有中間分界,黑白分明。我屬於白的一邊,愛死它們的二朗系拉麵,是我輩重口味之友的佳音,野菜三倍,蒜蓉兩倍好喇,背脂三倍,再配以粗身麵條,$98一碗,好像由開業至今也沒有加過價。可惜,全港唯一的二朗系,營業至今年十月七號便結業,消息一出,有人歡喜,當然,我是愁的一邊啦。拉麵陳並沒有一口咬定混亂拉麵會永遠消失,不排除遲些會再戰江湖,身為長期擁躉,這天下班由公司跑過來,剛好五公里,冒著身水身汗,坐在吧檯前。我算是第一批客人,最終等了大約二十分鐘,拉麵才能奉上,這是我光顧多次之中,等候時間最長的一次。冰水在拉麵店雖不是必然,但是在大熱天時,沒有它實在不行。背脂三倍,野菜三倍,生蒜兩倍的all in,我坐下之時,師傅還未準備好,同一時間只做三碗,炒菜是即炒,或許是人手不夠,這次等得比較久一點,幸好我不太趕時間。濃郁的湯是其殺著,不過今次略嫌多了一點點膻;粗麵煙韌,晶瑩剔透的背脂,一口咬下即爆油香;炒菜做足本份,生蒜的惹味要找個臭味相投的人同行,事後打得火熱也沒有隔膜,哈哈!叉燒的質素頗粗糙,好像是吃過多次之中,最為遜色的一次呢。喝到湯汁一滴不剩,之前燃燒的卡路里,最終本利歸還。希望他日再重遇,我會懷念你。 continue reading

日式簡約裝潢,採用木色為主,關上門讓人想窺探內裡,帶點神祕感。裡面只有傳統拉麵單人座位,向住拉麵師傅,冇卡座提供。點菜單系用日文,不過都帶繁體翻譯。野菜、大蒜同背脂(豬背部脂肪,姐系豬油,用來增加湯頭濃郁),免費增量,切記眼闊肚窄。食完之後想大叫一聲「真系好混亂!」混亂全部入拉麵 $98,顧名思義,所有材料具備,糖心蛋、芝士粉、叉燒、荀...貪心叫左野菜(芽菜)增量,令到湯底淡味左,芝士粉同湯頭吾match , 隻味臭臭地好吾舒服! continue reading
