同家人慶祝生日,到愛民生買外賣。到場有2位師傅用火水炒小菜,火舌高高,夠鑊氣。點了4個菜,等20分鐘可取,送了二支飲品。回家開箱,茄汁炒虎蝦夠惹味,斑塊炆豆腐幾大份,咕嚕肉肉質較硬,炸筒蠔份量不多,只有6隻半。整體可以一試。比一年前在yt看較少人和只有2位廚師。歡迎人客一同合照。 continue reading

有朋友移民咗外地難得返嚟香港梗係要帶佢食返一啲充滿香港風味特色嘅食物啦香港最有特色嘅嘢係乜嘢梗係大排檔啦要數最好食嘅我一定係首選呢間 - 愛文生都唔係第一次嚟食,但每次食都仲係覺得好正好有驚喜三個人叫咗四碟餸豉椒炒蟶子避風塘茄子椒鹽鮮魷同埋招牌黑椒薯仔牛柳粒全部都好好食不過當日真係好多人排隊等咗差唔多半個鐘但好惹味,每次想食大排檔都一定會去食!唯一改善地方就係三個人佢比張二人枱我唔好話擺餸根本就連坐都有啲辛苦去到最後係要我出聲佢先換返張三至四人枱俾我服務就一般啦都係唔係好理人可能好多遊客幫襯根本唔優做掛 continue reading

🔺愛民生🔺香港地道大排檔之一,鑊氣一流。其實唔係第一次食,以前細個讀書年代都有黎食過2次。事隔10年再嚟幫襯,以前只有一間店,依家擴展到幾乎半條街,真係勁!!都知道一到夜晚任何一日都好多人排隊,我哋為左避開人龍,所以五點幾就嚟攞飛,唔使等~~😄今次同朋友們嚟到點咗啲人氣小菜:⭐️小炒皇腰果蝦乾魷魚份量算多,韭菜翠綠冇渣,加上爽口菜脯粒,食落口味道豐富爽脆。⭐️避風塘炒蟹超級惹味,蒜香夠香夠味,肉質鮮嫩,非常之有鑊氣,好味!⭐️椒鹽九肚魚炸到外脆內軟,新鮮熱辣辣,香脆惹味,送酒一流👍🏻😄⭐️鐵板黑椒豬手肉質好腍好多肉,好入味👍🏻⭐️薯仔牛柳粒似係預先整好,薯仔應該唔係即刻炒同炸,薯仔同牛柳粒就較為乾身,肉質唔算滑,味道一般。 continue reading

香港地道的大排档,整天街都是他家可以在the gulu 提早取号,不然要等很久!✨椒盐鱿鱼✨鱿鱼很新鲜,外面炸得很酥酥,很椒盐很搭配。✨xo酱炒花甲✨这个略微有沙,一般般✨菠萝咕噜肉✨这个真的必点,肉很大块,上桌时外面还是脆脆的,里面的肉很嫩很多汁,酸酸甜甜超好吃。菠萝很很软甜。✨咸蛋黄虾✨这个也是必点,虾很新鲜很弹牙,加上蛋黄酱真的香爆炸了。✨干炒牛河✨这个也不错,很有锅气,不油腻,但我觉得盐的调味可以再加强。 continue reading

It will be something memorable.Food wise, nothing beats the flavor coming from the wok and the huge flames. Make sure to go with friends or family so that you can order and try different dishes.The bamboo clams are fresh and savory. You can definitely smell the wok hey.The beef potato is so addicting. Beef is tender and the potato is crusty on the outside but soft inside. They use black pepper sauce for this dish.The sauted vegetable (小炒王) is something we never had before coming to HK and this has becoming our favorite! Inside you can find dried shrimps, cashews, and squid.The deep fried squid is soft and crispy.
