朋友兩個幾月前,已經book定,九月中我哋去食合時小廚,食8點鐘,餐廳比較細,所以都坐得幾逼,餐廳出名嘅係豬扒焗飯,我哋有叫,係好大一份,10人份每人也有1小碗,蕃茄醬味道甜甜的,不過未見特別驚喜,係豬扒食得出係高質啲嘅,夠鬆軟,冇豬肉so味,要510蚊1個飯。我哋仲叫咗茶皇雞,好大一隻,茶味啱啱好,百花炸釀蝦多士,新鮮炸起,好夠香脆,大件,不過唔平,杏汁白肺湯,杏汁味唔太濃,唔太啱我口味,薑蔥肉蟹煎腸粉好惹味,必食。咕嚕骨正常水平,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。仲要咗燒乳鴿,多肉汁好好味。 continue reading

聽講遲啲會搬去中環會員預約制,所以要喺佢搬之前即刻食多次餐廳服務態度一向正正常常,地道香港小菜館風格,今次我哋五個人,order咗六個菜今日叫咗:燒乳鴿兩隻 - 乳鴿炸得外脆內軟椒鹽鮮鮑魚 - 炸得好好食,口感一流花雕雞油蒸馬友 - 條馬友真係不得了,油脂極重,配合埋花雕,我哋好快就已經清晒條魚半隻茶王雞 - 唔記得影相,茶燻味同隻雞配合得天衣無縫,味道啱啱好薑蔥焗肉蟹配腸粉 - 又係唔記得影相,一個字形容: 正焗豬扒飯 - 雖然係餐廳嘅王牌,但係感覺就係一個好簡單嘅焗豬扒飯,略嫌茄汁比較多但係總括嚟講性價比極高,所以經常性爆滿 continue reading

早排係白子當做嘅季節,大膽同廚房要求要自攜做一個麻婆豆腐嘅升級版,廚房竟然要求而且仲比我埋位添😂 咁順手來料加工日本鬼爪螺啦!點都好,呢一度嘅出品好穩定。餐牌可以選擇嘅菜式唔算好多,始終廚房唔夠大,未必應付到太多唔同花款嘅煮法,但係假如有特別要求都可以有輕微改動。好多時候觀眾都會問我有啲乜嘢值得食,其實最值得食嘅就係最基本一路以來嘅熱門菜式,包括雞油花雕蒸馬友,XO醬炒蟹腸粉底,蝦多士,牛尾煲,豉油王炒麵等等。今次食嘅其實同蝦多士差唔多,只不過轉咗做鍋貼小棠菜,上次食完花錦鱔,今次試吓蒸魚雲,點知出嚟嘅效果超乎想像,大大嚿好好食。👍👍其實食小炒小菜呢啲嘢,最緊要夠火候夠味道趁熱食已經加晒分,佢哋冇特別追求極致嘅擺盤,因為時間一來溫度就會減,上到嚟可能已經唔係應有嘅味道。呢度除咗食物出品味道好食之外,侍應嘅人情味都係好值得一提,雖然唔係星級水準,但係每一次嚟食都食得,非常之開心!唔知幾時開始訂枱,可以要半年以上,但係可以食嘅就趁機會係賣盤之前食,各位街坊唔知有冇食過呢? continue reading

朋友早半年訂枱先食到的合時小廚,門面非常低調不起眼,第一次行差少少miss左入口。準時8pm入去,店舖唔大,得三張大枱及兩張二人枱,環境都幾逼,坐得唔算舒服。朋友亦已經提早預訂了幾道菜。特色帶子煲仔翅 每位$268每碗一粒大帶子,非常爽甜,好足料!必點百花炸釀蝦多士 每件$63好大舊蝦多士,裏面全是蝦肉,配合甜酸醬,非常開胃!菠蘿千層咕嚕肉 $148千層肉口感特別,咕嚕汁不過不失,可以一試。韭菜花銀魚小炒皇 $180最令我驚喜的一道菜!入面有韭菜、魷魚、合桃及銀魚,脆卜卜的銀魚,提升了整道菜的口感!好食😋椒鹽焗吊片 $168外脆內軟,外面炸得很鬆脆,不油膩,吊片唔韌,有鮮味!極品茶皇雞 $300 半隻外表平平無奇,但係唔提早預訂係冇得食的茶皇雞。太驚喜,雞件非常嫩滑,帶有濃烈的煙燻香氣!好好食!生炒糯米飯 $185有少少太濕,但味道不錯的糯米飯!總結,果然名不虛傳,成餐都好好食。晚市會每位奉上自製糖水。 continue reading
