朋友喜愛英國, 特登約佢去西貢食英國菜,環境裝潢好温馨, 點菜叫了個法式紐西蘭羊架, 另外見到有三款特色菜,我選了牛肉批Cottage Pie, 一心諗住薯仔會一片片鋪面焗,點知上枱先知原來誤會咗, 果款叫Lancashire Lamb Hotpot, 冇辦法,下次再來試過, 而牛肉批有啲似肉醬焗薯蓉, 面層薯蓉,下面係牛肉碎加了甘筍、蒜頭和迷迭香,味道非常濃郁, 其實可以叫個白飯同意粉餸,但因太多菜色想食, 所以留肚叫多個小食~焗豬腩肉Roast Pork Belly, 再加了$88 upgrade 做set dinner, 多個湯, dessert 同飲品,  湯係洋蔥湯, 超愛, 上面有一塊芝士多士,芝士軟淋淋, 多士雖然浸住湯,但依然脆口, 索晒洋蔥湯味, 個湯還有洋蔥絲, 又香甜, 又濃郁, 超好味。羊架有四件, 不過唔係好熱, 而且叫了五成, 但太熟了, 而小食~焗豬腩肉, 比預期中大碟, 有四大塊, 外皮有脆身,也有韌的, 中間有沙律菜,到上甜品, 有Tiramisu, 口感不錯, 可惜欠了咖啡酒味,另一款係cheesecake, 都好味。老闆服務好好, 有禮貌。另外見到佢地午餐做到5:00,下次都想食。 continue reading

同老婆去完外島 返黎西貢seaech 網上飲食平台見到呢間餐廳 諗住book黎試吓,點知過咗時book唔到6點半果round 打去搏一搏,店員說ok照俾折同枱我哋,於是照去,結果造就我倆口子試到呢間餐廳,否則唔會特登行入黎,因不是位於一些必經之路。來到餐廳,老闆細心招呼我地,由於我地剛行完山,好口喝,老闆好好地不停為我地添水。食物方面,一流。叫左一個焗豬腩肉,一個牛肉批,加左8x蚊可跟餐,會有洋蔥湯/沙律,加飲品同甜品。食完後覺得超級值得加錢,淨係個甜品都抵返,而且沙律同湯都相當高質。沙律的菜好新鮮,sauce好fresh,微微酸甜洋蔥湯一流,上面加了一塊芝士多士,吸了湯,好好味。腩肉皮脆肉嫰,蘋果醬酸甜掌握得很好。值得一提嘅係皮𠝹了幾刀分成六份,正好方切開share食,非常貼心。成世人第一次英式牛肉批,唔知咩黎,叫黎試吓,原來係面頭薯蓉,下面係牛肉碎加甘筍、蒜頭、迷迭香等,味道混和起來很和諧,好夾,無後悔試新野。甜品揀了紅酒煮梨同Tiramisu紅酒煮梨入口酸甜消膩Tiramisu雖然唔係傳統Finger bread,但蛋糕底浸Baileys,味道非常濃厚,好好味!兩個人連加一,計埋網上飲食平台主菜7折,total兩個人食左將近$600,人均唔駛$300,我地仲要嗌左杯白酒(又係好好飲,重果酸,不過無影相)食到嘅係Fine dining級嘅味道。呢餐份量真係好足,味道一流,而且很有人情味非常抵!利申:非收錢寫食評,非打手因為真心覺得呢餐個experience好正,而今晚餐廳大部分時間竟然得我老公婆,無其他客人,包場!到尾聲時(8點幾)先見有第二枱客(應該都係熟客)覺得呢間餐廳值得多d人識同幫襯。總結:我唔係住西貢,下次去西貢郊遊完,一定會再黎呢間餐廳! continue reading

It is my second time to have dinner here, the quality of food keeps its high standard!It’s a bit pity that not too many customers here due to its location.The lamb and beef are cooked excellently!My little niece enjoyed the chicken wings and my parents enjoys the the starters a lot!Thanks the chef for his services, let us feel home-like. Must invite friends to enjoy the dinner here in the future. continue reading
