溫書到七點,去到嘅時候已經多款食物出現售罄,職員建議食燒味。最終選擇雙拼叉燒油雞飯,叉燒係瘦叉,如果可以再切薄少少會好食啲。油雞肉質幾嫩,比叉燒好食。飲品選擇豆腐肉碎湯,應該係開始收檔嘅關係,只可以稱之為暖。不過以$30嚟講,咁嘅食物質素都真係算幾抵啦! continue reading

今天心血來潮,腳步帶我來到這家食堂。首先呢,試咗南冰魚柳配滑蛋多士,魚柳嘅外皮脆得嚟唔油膩,不過個魚肉有啲單調,少少惹味會更好😅 而嗰啲炒蛋,啊!如果炒得再滑啲,咁就真系完美啦!不過味道還是好濃郁,算係過得去。厚多士嘅牛油味道出奇嘅鹹,但多士本身又脆又嫩,真系幾滿足🤤然後有個蜜糖雞扒早餐,雞扒鹹甜得嚟,肉質嘅口感亦都唔錯,汁唔會太死鹹。火腿就普通啲,但添加咗洋蔥汁,變身思路清奇嘅品種!🌟皮蛋鹹瘦肉粥,溫馨提示:悶騷!粥底綿潤得黎又夠稠,肉絲嘅質感正正好,唔會太硬,皮蛋添咗份香氣,味道香濃得嚟又唔膩。田園鮮雜菌燴伊麵,算系今日最驚喜嘅一道。一大盆彩色繽紛嘅食材,雜菌嘅層次豐富,好似踏入咗田園。不過,我唔太鐘意個芡汁太油,健康角度嚟講要扣分啦。最後試咗西芹炒餐肉,味道精彩,有咬口同清新感覺;至於蒜蓉油麥菜,正宗經典,蒜香撲鼻。整體嚟講,這次嘅味蕾之旅還算是滿足嘅啦,下次我會再嚟試過!👍🍴🍳 continue reading

此食堂以勾芡聞名~萬物皆可勾芡~半生不熟的米飯~加上只能說是還算新鮮的食材,最後配上一勺靈魂勾芡~粘稠的口感,入口即化~毫無味道的勾芡,足以補充一日所需水分只能說,沒吃過勾芡,妄為科大人。推薦美食: 叉燒滑蛋飯,銀牙肉絲飯~40蚊~好抵食啊~打飯阿姨熱情開朗,如果你不等號,會受到阿姨愛的教育~所以切記,點勾芡飯記得看號喔~ continue reading

大學的飯堂來說,這個也算多選擇由生炒骨滑蛋炒蛋等小菜套餐又有兩餸三餸飯,而且每個食品都標明卡路里,讓同學參考算是貼心,如果減肥當然要選較低卡路里的菜式大學飯堂的兩餸飯,一向又稱頹飯。今天這個兩餸飯,雖然談不上好吃,但屬於正正常常尚可接受。今天的兩餸飯有雲嘅牛肉蝦米粉絲蒸雞又有豆腐,我選了榨菜肉絲豆腐和冬瓜,肉片豆腐榨菜,幾好味不會過鹹肉絲算是瘦的那種清清地蒸豆腐也很好送飯,而且豆腐夠大份量算是健康的菜式冬瓜算是入味,肉片正正常常,但我覺得個汁比較鹹煩底就不合格,太過硬,幸好今日例湯說節瓜鹹蛋肉片湯,我可以加湯在飯中更易入口 continue reading

好耐冇返到學校,終於有機會嘆番個下午茶啦,呢碟下午茶可以話物超所值!^_^有舊好大舊嘅吼雞髀🍗,非常之好食非常之脆同埋香,牛油粟米亦都非常之甜😋。雪菜肉絲米份量都好充足。價錢都係$25左右超抵! continue reading
