門口已好有西部牛仔feel,裡面格局都幾有情調~今次食晚餐 叫左10安士西冷同牛柳仲有洋蔥圈西冷牛扒同牛柳個扒多汁唔會覺得老同瘦 水準ok! 機本上咩都唔洗加就咁食已經夠哂味薯蓉超好食 入面有薯仔粒洋蔥圈就正常啦冇乜特別野飲同牛柳唔記得影🤣🤣

認住外牆有呢幅畫，就會揾到間餐廳店內很暗，睇menu時要開住手提電話個燈先得。內部裝修有印第安風格Chicken salad - 分量不少，可幾個人 share. 蔬菜新鮮Buffalo Wings - 外皮炸得太乾，以致雞肉久缺肉汁黎之前聽講呢間出名食牛扒，點知中伏。牛扒煎得好燶，上枱時成舊炭咁 ... 其他餐廳百零蚊嘅牛扒都好味過呢間。成碟菜個亮點變左係個薯蓉 。Brownie with ice cream - 甜品不錯整體質素一般，應不會再來。

其實西貢有許多很有特色的餐廳都被人忽略了，只有少部分港人和外國人時他們的常客。Anthony's Ranch一家美洲菜的特色餐廳，來到門口已經感受到濃烈的西部牛仔風，門口挂滿鬥牛頭模型和各種關於牛的裝飾，餐廳内更是裝飾各式各樣。我和朋友是下午才來餐廳的，所以只點了2樣東西一起share珍寶蝦很大只，而且口感非常爽口，再加上配醬把蝦的甜味提升到最高。很喜歡它的薯條，不會太硬也不會太軟，而且吃多不覺得口干和過火。另外，這裡的侍應是外國人，要用英文點餐，不過他們非常nice

Anthony's Ranch是我倆來西貢經常到訪的餐廳。這裡的菜式份量是頗大的, 今晚我倆不太肚餓, 只點了兩個菜。必點的是chili, 是我們的favourite。熱騰騰的肉醬配上少少脆的麪包, 很開胃。份量都夠大。之後點了牛柳, 超美味的。肉質入口即溶, 很嫩滑。薯蓉和栗米都是我的至愛。1月1日的新開始, 晚上人客不多, 氣氛不錯, 滿足的一餐。

西貢係小聯合國，區內不乏極具水準嘅各風菜式餐廳。呢間餐廳打正旗號做美洲菜，包括美國及墨西哥菜為主。門口好易認，大大個牛頭標記。店內分上下兩層，每一角落都放滿裝飾品如鎗、蛇頭、獸皮等同泛黃印第安人照片，刻畫美洲原住民嘅生活，坊間十分罕見。菜式都係同其他美式餐廳大同小異，而我比較偏好食美洲菜，尤其係STARTER。CHILI BOWL WITH GARLIC BREAD-$88呢個係用香料，紅腰豆煮成嘅辣肉醬，十分惹味，配蒜蓉包，百吃不厭。QUESADILLAS-$88呢款係傳統墨西哥薄餅，主要材料係薄餅包住半溶嘅芝士，再配四款醬汁，牛油果醬、酸忌廉、辣茄醬同蕃茄洋葱粒，雖然脂肪卡路里超晒錶，但一口熱辣辣鬆化薄餅配芝士已經非常美味，加埋微凍嘅醬汁真係停唔到口。KID RIB-$88呢個係是日驚喜菜式。好多地方都有豬仔骨供應，但唔係間間好食。好多時係唔夠味或者肉質乾且韌。要讚嘅係呢次食嘅KID RIB整得非常入味，而且肉質腍滑多汁，輕輕用刀一切已經骨肉分離，加上焗乾咗嘅燒汁同陣陣燒烤味，唔夠一分鐘已經食晒。CHICKEN SALAD-$118食咁多肉都要食吓沙律平衡吓。呢個雞沙律，係將雞肉絞

Anthony's Ranch不單大門口別具特色，內裡的裝修也絶不馬虎。高高的天花懸掛了一盞巨型木盤吊燈，配襯大型壁畫，別具氣派。筆者推介：在閣樓與氣派巨型吊燈來個合照。閣樓的裝修充滿異國風情，掛滿林林總總的照片供食客一邊享餐，一邊欣賞，如置身於外國的餐廳一樣，甚有風味。餐桌墊相當型格，與大門的裝飾相互呼應。墊上擺放了桃紅色的餐巾，十分醒目。每張餐桌均放置了小型燭台，名副其實的Candle Light Dinner，挺浪漫耶！很適合情侶約會呢！首先上桌的是Buffalo Chicken Wings美國水牛城雞翼，雞翼略嫌不夠嫩滑，Buffalo sauce亦非普遍香港人可以接受，配菜西芹則清甜可口，可以一試。與友人一直想試Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail珍寶蝦杯，果然不負所望，珍寶蝦很鮮甜爽口，賣相亦相當不俗。Potato Skins芝士薯皮，廚師切得薯皮夠薄，炸得夠鬆脆可口。US Premium Steak "Prime Striploin"頂級西冷扒是餐廳及朋友推薦菜式之一，友人選擇5成熟，肉質口感理應剛剛好，但並非如外間所說的入口即溶，幸好味道算是不錯，只是感覺上有一點

不是第一次來, 會令我們"番兜"的餐廳其實不多 (很奄尖呀! )。 這是其中一間。這裡的優點是: 車子直泊在餐廳外面就可以、每次來到都有位、buffalo wings頗出色、薯條惹味。其實, 我倆的要求又不是很高呢! 這裡是一貫美式餐廳的風格, 食物的份量頗大, 通常點一個appetizer加兩個main dish已經可以填飽兩口子的肚。Buffalo wings是每次來必點的, 辣味剛剛好, 雞翼頗大隻, 肉質嫩滑而不乾, 很好! 三文魚口感一般, 比較"鞋口", 可能是過熟了。不過就是很喜歡side dish的沙律、薯條和栗米。薯條特別惹味, 熱騰騰的, 不錯。steak - 來過幾次, 發覺要點這裡最貴的那一個steak, 肉質才可入口。試過點一個便宜一點的, 就很"鞋口"。中伏後, 每次來到都點最貴那一個。 steak是很大而厚的, 兩個人share一定夠。 還是會再來的。

It's was thanksgiving yesterday and I was going to the restaurant with my love. I booked the table at 8:15 because the lady said supposed to be 8:00 but they needed 15 minute to clean up the table. 大家可能末必會知道，這裡的豬肋骨是非常的出色的。雖然不是Baby Rib,但因為炆得夠時間，肉質鬆化人口即溶, 而且豬肉味濃。而且火力控制得宜，肉非常的濕潤，加上BBQ醬甜酸適中，非常開胃。還有薯條也炸得香脆可口，不油不膩，是全城最好的豬肋骨之一。
