呢間餐廳開咗10年,我真係一次都未食過。係喺幾個朋友嘅Facebook得知呢間餐廳結業嘅消息,本身今晚想去紅伶打冷,最後都立即轉場。打電話俾餐廳, 8:30竟然有位,立即預訂完全不用想。八點三去到,已經有枱,餐廳高朋滿座,全部都是來過數次嘅食客,人人都抓緊最後機會到龍鳳欣賞最後嘅風采。做些功課都知道呢個嘅點心好出,豉油王煎腸粉,煎得外脆內軟,和我吃過最好的唐宮XO醬煎腸粉當然有距離,不過配上辣醬,呢個已經夠美味。普寧豆腐,我夠膽話係暫停食過最好食嘅,豆香加上點煙燻味,如果有一杯whisky喺度就好。青瓜脆腸又係令一美味,爽到爆嘅腸,加上香香嘅葱花,配合豉油Wasabi,送酒一流。朋友麵包昨天才食過,特地打電話問佢有咩好食,佢推介一定要食海班,於是點了一條,足十四両嘅斑仔,蒸魚蒸得剛剛好,豉油撈埋飯,正。潮陽梅羔骨,記得朋友都有說過好食,這個係爸爸的選擇,沒有辦法夜了來,已經沒有祿鵝,塞翁失馬焉知非福呢個骨非常好食,酸味味帶甜,勁開胃,又小巧。砂煲芥蘭,絕對係港式大排檔嘅美味,不算太鹹,送飯一流。人不多,所以只能叫幾個菜式,不過還算好彩係關門之前試到這個嘅美味。為咗食鵝,其實今晚都仲有機會,可惜約了食生日飯,如果今晚未有飯局,你有興趣今晚來吃最後一餐嗎?後面枱的姐姐好依依不捨咁同老闆講:江湖再見啦。香港的飲食業就是這樣,sad but truth,有人辭官歸故里有人漏夜趕科場,難怪香港的飲食業長期洗牌,為什麼我們沒有那些百年品牌,這也是我們江湖的問題。龍鳳廚坊 太子白楊街21號地下 continue reading

朋友約在這裡吃飯,還很興奮預留了碌鵝,其實我很少吃,不過大家這麼興奮就跟著一起吃。雖然裝修不是很華麗,食物擺盤又沒有太有心思,不過食物本身的質素真是不錯。鄉里碌鵝 (半隻) $278半隻原來已經很多,加上滷得入味,肉很有彈性,沒有多餘油脂,和白飯一起吃很搭。原汁原味西洋菜 $96西洋菜本身有鮮,所以簡單處理已經非常好吃,一定要記得連湯汁一起吃,因為湯也很清甜!椒鹽豆腐 $98隱藏餐單上菜一刻很惹味,豆腐外脆內嫩,辣椒脆令豆腐更加香口,推薦! continue reading

龍鳳廚坊係一間集大江南北家常菜嘅餐館(佢門口寫),但係我就覺得似港式地道小菜餐館,有點舊式大排檔feel😆,不過佢要收茶介加一服務費😅佢嘅普寧豆腐香口,碌鵝(潮州滷水鵝片)滷水入味得來鵝肉嫩滑👍🏻,清蒸海斑仔做優惠,只係$88,新鮮好味,比一般大排檔做得更出色👍🏻豆豉鯪魚油麥菜同炒通菜夠鑊氣👍🏻夏日炎炎飲番個冬瓜盅消消暑氣真好👍🏻而潮式煎蠔餅、水煮斑片、普寧豆醬雞就不過不失。哩度嘅侍應有講有笑,好有地道人情味👍🏻,外面嘅大排檔就未必食得到😊 continue reading

除了燒鵝和鹵水鵝外, 原來還有碌鵝, 而且真是要將整隻鵝去碌(滾動), 在充滿醬汁的鑊內前後滾動幾十次, 除了令鵝身每一個部分也能沾到醬汁, 滾動的時候也會被煎香, 味道除了有內而外的咸香外, 也有微微的焦香, 這就是龍鳳廚坊的首本名菜. 對我而言, 這就是香脆版的鹵水鵝就是.這𥚃的脆皮牛腩粉皮和牛腩黏在一起, 不會有粉肉分離的口感, 牛腩肉質不鞋口, 但炸粉較厚, 要是這菜弄得最好的食肆, 還是帝苑酒店的Le Soliei了. 另上的咖喱汁令人看下去就聯想到地道而又改良過的咖喱牛腩, 只是辣道不夠而椰奶味偏重, 吃得不夠盡興呢! continue reading

碟頭份量細得可怕,價錢貴得恐怖!!!所有小菜平均$95蚊一碟,價錢貴唔緊要,今時今日香港租金咁貴,邊有咁易搵度又平又大碟啊,但份量唔好少得咁可憐啊,過百蚊嘅魚香茄子煲居然得20條茄子都唔夠,用煲上得3分1煲,平時出去食唔係滿曬都起碼唔會咁清楚見度煲邊啊,呢度好清楚見度煲內圓周,$122蚊嘅松子金粟蝦球,5人食都分唔夠每人2粒蝦,成兜都係罐頭粟米,$98蚊個香醋排骨,洋蔥青椒多過排骨,永不再幫襯,5個人食左$891 七樣嘢,行出門口係餓嘅!!!減肥一定要幫襯呢間! continue reading
