One of the stops we made in the weekend guided tour is this old and nostalgic eatery that sells soy milk, tofu fa and local food. We tried the fresh bottled soy milk, it’s really good, smooth and full of flavour. The soy taste is strong, with medium sweetness, very good for quenching our thirst. Another highlight is the pan fried pork bun! It’s So Good! Hot out from the pan and it’s crunchy at the bottom! Very soft bun and stuffed with a delicious pork filling. I wanted to have two of these.

現時是由第三代掌舵人慶哥👨🏼打點一切，60年前慶哥爺爺👴🏻最初在葵涌做小販賣腐乳，後來輾轉來到北角開店賣豆品。在香港開始了豆品店生意的生涯， 德興隆原本位處唐樓地舖，2014年唐樓被收購拆遷，被迫搬走，而一直䇄立在馬寶道的豆腐店中默默養活了三代人和一眾老員工，卻被發展商收購重建，一眾街坊亦對豆品店拆遷表示可惜，而且豆腐店中存在的意義甚大，慶哥決定在同一條街保住老字號！直至現在，德興隆仍然使用石磨磨豆，希望保留豆腐軟滑的口感。令各位街坊慕名而來的功勞當然唔少得是豆品類的產品 , 其中包括 . 豆腐花 . 豆漿 . 煎釀豆腐 . 生豆腐 . 豆卜 . 炸豆腐等等。而以上豆製產品都均是使用非基因改造加加拿大黃豆製造 , 令各街坊食得安心而不會有任何激素的影響 , 製作方法則採用石磨親手由黃豆變成當中的豆品類產物 , 當中的製作手法需繁複和老練 , 豆腐豆漿才能香滑且有濃濃的豆香。而除了豆品之外 , 還有自家製生煎包的產物 , 當中有牛肉包 . 豬肉包 . 鍋貼 等等 , 生煎包的油香再配搭豆香濃郁 , 讓整個口感不單一。*堂食1. 豆腐花 $10/碗2. 豆漿 $8/杯3. 鍋貼 $8/兩隻4. 煎釀豆腐 $8/兩隻5. 牛肉包 $7/一隻6. 豬肉包 $7/一隻*外賣豆腐花 $11/細碗 $20/大碗豆漿 $9/杯 $12/支薑汁豆腐花 $12/細碗薑汁豆漿 $11/杯

意外經過這間小店，見門口多人等外賣，便入去堂食凍豆花及鍋貼。凍豆花走甜完全不會覺得寡淡反而更凸顯豆香濃郁(絕對意外之喜)，鍋貼餡料飽滿好味，非常推薦會再次光臨👍

北角豆品街坊老店，瑟縮在鐵皮檔後，好容易錯過的一家好味豆腐花店。必食豆腐花。豆腐花滑溜，豆腐花本身少甜。比起馳名老店，－點也不輸蝕，值得捧場。環境懷舊，可以打打咭。
