呢間聽聞出名食海南雞飯，間中都會見到外國人入去食，我諗係因為旅遊介紹？上次係夜晚去食海南雞飯，好失望，雞係多肉既，但肉靭到不得了，食不下1/3。今日中午再次嘗試，希望改觀。奈何食物水平無咩改變。雞一樣的靭，無雞味，飯亦比較硬。希望旅客懂得分別什麼是好壞吧。 continue reading

在同事的極力的推介下，終於有機會來到這如果喜歡吃喇沙就一定要來吃的店了。二話不說，坐下來後便點了手撕雞喇沙。外型不錯，與自己認識的喇沙一樣，以紅色為主。湯底的味道也很豐富，先嚐到的是辣味，但很快便嚐到鮮甜味，相信是以蝦為湯底的。很濃，很惹味。雞肉也鮮，肉質嫩，也有雞味。而較特別的是可以要鴛鴦麵，是油麵配米粉。這配搭都不錯，油麵軟軟，米粉煙韌，同時間可以品嚐兩款麵食，不錯。 continue reading
