好少嚟呢邊搵食,朋友介紹下去呢間大熱試試。去到見到門口話做到3月31號,真係可以話結業前一試,入到去叫咗2個麵餐,黑高湯葛粉媽,用牛骨牛腩羅漢果等煮成,好香牛味,葛粉又煙煙unun,佢個酸梅炸蝦丸同芥末墨魚丸都超好味,燻蛋就普通啦,價錢唔算貴,野食質素又好,希望快D重開啦! continue reading

今日行到去炮台山搵嘢食😂大熱湯🍲想試好耐每次都好多人等位因為尼間店係寫明無味精、天然真味今日午餐特登留番肚黎試試佢個九大簋九大簋二人餐$220 不用加一可選兩碗麵佢有3隻味揀包括牛骨黑高湯、白高魚湯、大熱高雞湯有兩隻麵比較特別就係陽春麵同埋葛粉絲。咁我就揀左大熱高湯麵即係雞湯配陽春麵陽春麵好多而且好快吸收晒雞湯既精華另外,涼菜或菇菌類揀3樣叫左《高湯煨雞髀菇》-大大塊夠厚身夠入味《涼拌雲耳》冷盤-夠新鮮同爽口《馥郁溏心蛋》-尼款推介有酒味既清甜溏心蛋 另外餃子類又揀三款:《鳳城水餃🥟》同出面差吾多 不過就size大隻d《韭菜竹笙豬肉餃》都係同外面差不多 只係特別在多左竹笙《竹笙金腿節百花卷》尼款就比較有心思同精緻竹笙包住蝦同金腿容易入口 味道好夾最後揀3款肉類或炸物啦炸物推介《酸梅炸蝦丸》蝦味出 但吾覺有酸梅 但炸得外脆內又流心 好正《芥末墨魚球》咬落係香口又彈牙再包住芥末流心 不過芥末吾算多 但即炸即出好夠脆《蓮藕鹹魚煎肉餅》外表好濃但實質內好嫩既肉餅同夠入味整體炸物需時比較長但有水準之作 要耐心等候 continue reading

一個人路過北角這間麵店,被外面的海報吸引了,於是便大膽一試。個人很喜歡吃米線,如果米線配上靚湯更加無法抗拒,這間麵店就是以各款靚湯底作招來。點了一份期間限定的胡椒味湯米線,湯底濃郁,很有胡椒味,味道不會很鹹,是可以連湯也渴光的麵食。麵食可以配上點心式的餸菜,價錢分兩款點心及三款點心兩種,因應不同的麵食湯底價錢亦有所不同,點心款式很多,以點心的形式上菜顯得份外精緻。因為想多試試不同的款式,點了三款點心,芥末炸墨魚球、竹笙金腿百花卷及韮菜鮮蝦雲吞。每款點心都有三件,非常豐富。墨魚球是剛炸好的,上菜時還非常熱辣辣,裡面包著芥末味的醬汁,侍應還特意提醒小心爆漿。墨魚球口感彈牙,不過個人不太喜歡芥末的醬汁。竹笙金腿百花卷是包著蝦膠的竹笙,蝦膠味道很好,與竹笙非常搭。韮菜鮮蝦雲吞是穩陣之選,味道亦很不錯。以點心配搭湯麵感覺親鮮,點心款式多,多吃幾次也不會悶。 continue reading
