To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時嚟炮台山上堂都係準時上堂,一上完堂即刻走,第一次上堂前去食嘢,一點左右,所有餐廳都好多人,總於搵到間食肆唔使等位。雖然話唔使等位,但係都好多人。職員都有禮,出食物好快,天氣有啲凍食粥都唔錯,除咗粥仲有粉麵飯。牛肉腸,腸粉都滑,味道可以。豬膶腸。蒸蘿蔔糕,唔會一夾起就散。牛脷酥,幾新鮮酥脆。食粥點都要有油炸鬼。及第粥,粥底夠棉。生滾粥雙拼(皮蛋,粉腸)。招牌皮蛋芫茜湯麵(鮮牛,雞翼米線),芫茜湯濃味啲會更好。

下午諗住快食個晏就入去呢間食,記得之前食過食物都ok~今次見有個招牌皮蛋芫茜湯米線咪諗住試吓,可選兩個餸,就選左豬肉片同豬潤。碗米線來到,只見到舖在上面啲豬潤全部有血水在面,不是誇張是真的在豬潤上有鮮血水,我知道豬潤煮太耐會唔好食,但我未見過係有鮮血係面,即刻叫其中一個姐姐來同佢講,跟住佢話係咁架,就用匙羹🥄按啲豬潤落湯度浸,話一陣食無問題咁我都算,所以第一時間都無諗住影低張相,諗住算啦由佢等啲熱湯浸吓,我大概食左一陣再夾舊豬潤試,一咬又係紅血水,跟住夾多幾舊放面,無頭先既血水,但好明顯係未熟,我真係唔敢食囉跟住再叫個阿姐過來睇,佢睇完就話叫我話比大家姐聽,第二個埋來睇又係咁,我都仲無出聲,心諗你地無野嘛?有問題食品唔係應該即刻處理,即係類似叫個客自己同師傅講,職員唔係應該去同大位講客人食品有問題叫佢去處理架咩?我等完又等都無見到佢地所講既大家姐出來,仲叫我飲吓野先,又話去左厠所叫我等吓終於火都來,我話我趕時間架,同佢地講呢啲係咪應該你地去叫你哋去處理呀?最後一個阿姐走來幫我收左碗野去比師傅整過,一早就應該係咁啦,搞咩啫??最後碗米線出番來,係幫我煮番原碗熟啲咁解。野幾好食都無用,好似驚死俾人鬧咁唔去處理,推個客自己去講。真心講碗米線唔係唔好食,但豬潤真係太生,員工處理手法亦相當有問題

常餐來説 原來很多冰室晚市已經沒有得點常餐 這裏還有常餐 價錢來說其實好過其他好多 單憑這一點已經難得,但不單止,這裏的麵食出前一丁還要是標準配置不用加錢 老闆再次在餐牌上展現出滿滿誠意 不坑錢這還不夠,足足有2個位置都不加收費用了比其他地方還多送了一些餸菜仿鮑片 作為外食族的我 深深體會到老闆這種做壞同行的誠意 絕對respect 必須上來表揚一下火腿奄列雖然是用舊式的煎法,但內裏都有嫩滑的部分 今時今日50元的價格有咁多野 已經是同業的上限 當然質素一定有上升的空間 但還挑剔的話真不是人了

叫咗個蠔豉豬骨粥套餐,加炒麵。粥煲得好入味,不過冇乜料,同埋唔夠熱。炒麵普普通通細細碟。套餐咁嗌粥加麵$38。加$4可以轉炸兩腸粉。加$6有嘢飲。下次會試吓叫其他嘢。
