To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間太興食物真的太差，隨便一家茶餐廳的叉燒燒肉飯都比這一家好吃。燒肉很硬，而且有一陣怪味，完全沒有松脆感，最基本功都達不到。實在令人太失所望。價格貴，味道差。沒有一點水平

今日打8號風球，屋企冇嘢食，好彩太興有開令我有早餐食！雖然打風，但是製作仍然認真，最好風景係睇住廚房幾位打手似打風閃電手，超級超級快，老闆可以請到佢哋應該認真好開心！有位平時做樓面既雪姐仲入去做埋廚房，真係冇得頂，超級快！見佢快到幫埋隔離同事，真係比個Like你！我好鍾意太興既荷包蛋，你睇個蛋黃顏色都知係好級別既雞蛋果隻！所以我覺得以呢個價錢食份早餐係可以接受嘅，希望你哋keep住水準，我不嬲都唔想讚壞任何一間餐廳。我發現每次都忍唔住食左個食物先至會影相寫食評，咁好似真實好多.不過我都想講返琴日食下午茶，叫咗個肉絲炒麵，質素非常差，完全沒有味道的，只有炸面質素係OK，但無論個汁及肉都完全無味，咁琴日個下午茶價錢就真係唔係太值得了！簡直係嘥左我既錢！好彩杯奶茶紅豆冰超水準，否則真係感覺太差！肉絲炒麵，必須必須必須要改善！我建議應該取消呢一個食物，加返之前個排骨麵線吧！果個好食好好好多！

連鎖快餐店太興餐廳 ---在香港是很多人吃午餐的選擇。 因為它的品質非常好， 雖然價錢有點小貴， 而且門外常常大排長龍，但仍然不損打工仔對它的喜愛。 我自己對他的叉燒也是十分喜愛， 今日點了叉燒飯$76， 到桌上對它的外觀十分失望， 色澤暗淡。俗語有云：色、香、味俱全。食物的顏色排第一，對人的第一印像也是非常重要 。 所以我對他的好感大打折扣， 甚至不想進食。 但是我付要付出76元， 只好硬著頭皮去吃了。 入口味道雖然不俗，但是整個外觀、整個感覺也不好了。 看著旁邊那兒的客人也是叫叉燒飯， 但他的職責備我的漂亮很多。心裏不平衡了 冰鎮奶茶非常 好喝，還是值得推介

今日晚上去左太興 一坐底 張櫈幾污糟有食物殘渣 沒有人清理點左碟 西蘭花炒青衣魚球未熟 又拎左入去炒 幾分鐘再拎出來都係未熟 再拎入去炒 魚肉都係冰職員態度差 又一問三不知再同職員講 點解炒3次都係未熟？職員講：咁取消囉呢個係一句取消就解決到的問題嗎？唔好意思都唔講一句？食左咁多間太興 只係得呢間先係咁已唔想再去呢間太興因掛住想食飯 冇影到碟魚相而且最後果時想影 職員勁快拎走左碟野各位如果去呢間就要諗諗環境差 職員差 食物更差比職員玩到 飯都凍曬 已沒有想食野的心情
