星期五晚上,同朋友傾完正經事,去旺角搵食。到處都很多人,去到家樂坊地庫,人不太多。一行三人,決定食拉麵。喜歡豬豬紙巾,很可愛。點了二款小食1. 煎餃子其實跟韓國餃子味道一樣,只有五粒,頗貴。2. 特色雞翼剛好一人一隻,燒得恰到火候,配上特有醬汁,很想再來一隻呢。食完小食,到主角出場了,我們三人各叫了三款不同拉麵。這是我點的別府地獄辛辣湯拉麵(~$65)普通左啲,湯底好一般,又唔會話好正。友人點的2. 東京極上醬油拉麵(~$7x)友人點的3. 博多豬骨拉麵友人話很咸,不太好味,跟自己去超市買的味千湯包差不多。總結:結帳付了 $338說真的沒有甚麼特別,侍應叫了幾次也沒有人理,唯獨雞翼比較好食,其他一般。 continue reading

星期六同朋友去左旺角行街,行完潮流特區。見肚餓就係附近搵野食,去左家樂坊到食~見外面個裝修都幾好,就去試下食~我同朋友各人叫左一碗拉麵,我叫左墨汁拉麵,個樣都正正常常~味道都唔係難食,只係覺得有少少苦澀味道,麵質料就好一般~$85一碗都幾唔值~下次就唔會再食了!!到了結算,一共連加一就$191,我地比左$200,等左10分鐘都冇人找錢,我見格黎枱都係甘~都唔知係米有心唔找囉-__-'' continue reading

今午路經旺角家樂坊、被主打博多風拉麵的味吉拉麵館給引著我的視線,所以決定試食一番!店內裝修帶點日式居酒屋風格。黑墨豬骨湯麵、有漆黑黑的湯汁、卻沒有漆黑黑的墨汁味道!湯汁比較油膩又淡口。配料尚算足夠、有䓤粒、黑木耳絲和叉燒!鹽燒雞翅、燒烤時間控制得幾好、雞皮有小許燶但十分香脆、入口有小小咸雞汁味四濺。好味!中午顧客並非特別多,而且此湯麵是餐廳推介、應該好味道,唔明白點解湯唔熱?食完之後有點失落! continue reading

星期六同老公買完模型後先發覺成十點鐘, 拿拿林去附近商場搵野食。  味吉拉麵館唔使等位, 拿拿林攞位入去坐低叫野食, 點了醬油湯牛肉拉麵加糖心蛋、 豬骨沾麵、 蟹子沙律和燒豬頸肉。醬油湯牛肉拉麵加糖心蛋糖心蛋熟左DD, 唔夠流心。  半生熟粉粉地既牛片食落都有牛味, 但的而且確瘦左少少都唔會太靭。  個湯味道咸咸地都不過不失。豚骨沾麵這個沾麵個湯都幾咸, 因為個湯用黎沾麵食, 所以個湯調較得較稠。  當D麵一沾完湯後, 成住麵變得好咸好重口味。  除了用咸來形容湯底味道外, 都難以用更貼切的詞語來形容個湯。   豚肉骨半肥瘦, 都幾香口。燒豬頸肉小食 呢個小食都十份值得推介, 豬頸肉燒既生熟程度剛剛好, 唔會過熟而乾靭。  咬落去有D彈牙多肉汁, 沾少少醬汁都好好味。蟹子沙律~ 同平日一樣, 普普通通不太大特別。 continue reading
