上午11:45到達,攞位時門口職員態度已經不友善,她安排我們3位坐樓上,我回覆老人家80幾歲行動不便,不能行樓梯級,問可否坐樓下,她立即不好脾氣在入座紙劃下另一枱號並話:下次book位啦(但今日只是平日的星期一,樓下只有3枱客,我不明白要訂枱的理據?),之後職員接連出錯,最後埋單問我要不要扣信用卡內的現金回贈,我說不扣,結果扣了就讓我簽名了事,我向另一個高級一點的投訴,她只回同事不小心按了,完!這樣的服務態度,不會再來!之前有去過沙田利苑同圓方利苑,但相對旺角呢家真無語!價錢不算平,食物一般,但服務態度真心超級差!不推介!亦不會再有下次光顧!同集團的其他分店暫時都未必再去了! continue reading

見到好多評論話服務差其實又唔覺,第一次去book lunch time時間,全部樓面都好態度,野食好好味,尤其是係個豆腐。其他菜紅棗糕都好入味,點咗個九層肉之類的無影,雖然價格稍貴但真係好味完全唔油膩!雖然對熟客的確會傾多兩句但對我呢d生客態度都好好。埋單兩個人350左右,仲有多餘打包添 continue reading

本身下午有10人去飲茶,點知多咗3個諗住分返開枱座,因為香港有個白痴防疫規定!點知有個好講嘢好大聲個男人話*唔得!座隔離枱你地13個都要撩鼻!因為你地係識嘅就要當宴會!*同佢好聲好氣問清楚,但係佢就好大聲同冇禮貌咁回覆我哋,之後掉到我地去冇雷公咁遠座!其實分開座就算冇雷公咁遠都冇問題,我地都明你哋公司都係要守防疫規例!但係一間餐廳有咁嘅態度嘅員工簡直係倒米!完全係冇禮貌!睇利苑個fb都見服務態度係比人係咁投訴 continue reading

那日星期二早上11:30惗住同90歲母親飲茶,來到利苑取2位枱,門口招待員即刻話冇定冇枱喎!根本剛開始營業!轉頭又話有枱!態度好似施捨咁!仲要安排坐樓上!眼見拖住母親,行動超慢!終於樓下坐低,限住食1小時15分!服務不瞅不睬連茶水都唔想開,到12點,服務員大叫X醫生、X太早晨,請坐請坐!咩態度!終於明白了,有打賞嘛!永遠有招呼 continue reading

中秋節食飯,食物質素再好,但都俾差劣的樓面服務趕客。四個人嗌左五個餸,上菜速度快,亦都保持到溫度,廚部完全沒有問題。但係D經理侍應淨係會喺熟客枱附近徘徊,其他客人叫佢哋都係十問九唔應。用膳時間兩個鐘,我哋食咗一個半小時就走,因為大時大節大家都識做。不過講真,去得有質素嘅酒樓食,都係唔想有限時咁趕。我哋走嘅時候,都唔期望你講一句多謝或者送客,點知企喺隔離的經理仲大大聲聲用對講機同樓下講: 依枱人終於走。聽到真係火都嚟,下次唔會再嚟 continue reading
