端午節的下午,在旺角街頭行得累了,想找一間餐廳小休一會,又不用吃太多東西,便決定了去蘋果綠了。如果是中午或是晚飯的時間,一定有很長的人龍,但在下午四時多的時候幾乎是沒有人的,一去到想坐那裡都可以,而喜歡坐多久也沒有人趕我們離開,很不錯的休息地!跟平日相同的餐牌我跟友人只點了兩款小吃。第一道是必吃的「炸珍寶蘑菇配黑松露醬」。不知道從那次開始我每次到這裡吃飯也會點這道菜,連平日不愛吃炸物的我也要暫時放下原則。蘑菇特大而份量極多,豪不吝嗇,兩個人吃都覺有點吃力。炸的方式像天婦羅般,所以也不會太熱氣,而蘑菇亦充滿水份,吃完也不會覺得 guilty,哈!最愛當然是它的黑松露醬,齒頰留香,叫人吃不停手。另一道點了的是「蟹肉牛油果青瓜沙律」。半份的份量不多,跟其他半份的沙律不一樣,相對之下感覺不太化算。不過味道十分清新,是健康之選。蟹肉絲份量也佮到好處,配合上新鮮的青瓜條和我喜歡的牛油果,為炎熱的夏日帶來清新的感覺。為食鴨分數: 8 /10 continue reading

曾經去pizza express品嘗過北京烤鴨pizza..那種中西交融造出來的創新效果實在令人一試回味!後來才得知原來apple green也有推出這款口味pizza,已經急不及待想去一試了!一早已特登打電話訂位,點知去到都係要等大約十五分鐘先有得入!大大個招牌位於近門口的側面,沿路行入去都總有一排長長的二人枱,佔了不少空間,所以實際地方很狹窄;而且,當天客人眾多,可以說是熱鬧,但嘈吵的居多!一坐下,就有員工主動問你想要暖水定凍水。如果要暖水,他們就會拎走你枱面上的玻璃杯,轉為陶瓷杯!叫了半份的wild mushroom. 端上來,云云嫩綠的羅馬生菜,配合紅彤彤的意大利蕃茄乾,形成鮮明的強烈顏色,給人一種so fresh so green的感覺!羅馬生菜新鮮爽脆,蕃茄乾沒有我討厭的臭草酸味,很有嚼勁;再配合烤香後的秀珍茹、金菇等,簡單的一道沙律就已色香味俱全,初時吃混有黑醋的時候,酸酸甜甜,確實開胃怡人。但繼而開始覺得油份太高,只有酸而不醋,已再沒有so green的感覺,就一口都是油!隨沙律可以奉送一客香蕉杏仁蛋糕,不過要客人主動提出才有。難得有免費的食物我當然唔輸蝕!一奉上,沒有很濃烈的牛油或香蕉的芳香味,但食下去,質感濕潤而不乾喉,加上粒粒脆口的杏仁粒,滿有口感,但香蕉味道有點淡,還是覺得麵包店所做出來的效果會好味得多!但意想不到的是,不用花錢得來的食物竟然係全餐中最美味的!本身很喜歡食雞翼,所以每去到一餐廳都會叫返碟特色雞翼來試試!這碟甜辣柚子雞翼,表面灑上芝麻和香蔥做點綴。辣度不強,適合大衆人士的口味!但反而食到似蜜糖甜度的雞翼,肉質嫩口,但柚子的澀就慢慢出,與甜味似乎有點格格不入。而且價錢偏貴,要$70!一直期待已久的北京烤鴨薄餅更加係令我最失望的一環。這裡的薄餅向來以薄以脆見稱,本來已意會到單吃薄餅是吃不飽,但未至於要我食甜醬食到膩滯吧!一上碟,餅身的確很薄,但緣邊位有焗到焦了,味道是一塊沒有任何香味或牛油的餅乾。就連烤鴨都交出行貨,烤鴨肉被切碎分佈在薄餅上,但份量廖廖可數,就用甜醬和京蔥蓋過了就算。烤鴨肉乾爭爭,完全無肉味,得個咸字,唔講根本吃不出是烤鴨來的!$138竟然比這些貨色給客人,就是要客人用甜醬混餅乾食嗎? continue reading

呢排成日都見到我個同事喺open rice寫食評,等我又試下先!今晚同同事放左工去左applegreen食飯。由於有做booking嘅關係,完全5使等就入左去!一坐低,服務員就即刻比水我地,仲好細心問我地要熱定凍,都算不錯!之後我地5個人點左6點嘢,但無諗過d飯同pasta個份量禁小,所以最後要叫9碟先夠食!老實說,我認為pasta同飯都係一般般,反而d pizza就值得一讚!尤其是個pama ham pizza ,味道真不錯,一入口就好有蜜瓜的甜味,同佢個pizza皮好脆! continue reading

friend let sunflowerting chose one of her favour place nearby Mongkok, we enjoy the meal more than the environment within 1.5 hours, dishes come within 10 mins during our conversation next to the window, avoncado cucumber salad with crab-meat = taste good when the sauce & the softness of avoncado just right company to the cucumber, which is friend's favour rather vingear to green lettuce. carbonara, also our lovely choice apart from various tomato sauce spagetti, creamy style with strong taste of cheese & company with french toast in small size is just right from 1/3 dishes tonight! baked slice potato slightly different from our expectation as we think that the performance is with the skin anyway friend accept the creamy dishes more than sunflowerting as the sauce (again) fullfill our stomach before our dessert time later continue reading
