好耐都無去茶樓一盅兩件,經過旺角醒起附近有間新派點心專門店,就一於試試。店內地方雖然不大,但空間感十足,比傳統酒樓靜一些,唔錯。店舖少少但食物種類不少,有傳統的點心,也有傳統點心加上新派創作而成的點心,當然還有在傳統茶樓未見過的新派點心。蟲草花雞竹筒飯雞及蟲草花舖滿飯面,雞醃得入味,飯是白飯加入少許紅米飯,軟硬適中,配上少許甜豉油,唔錯。獅虎鮮蝦餃皇用竹筒盛載的蝦餃脹卜卜,皮薄而且滑,每隻蝦餃均有兩三隻蝦在裡面,唔錯。咸香黑魚子蒸燒賣用竹筒盛載的燒賣,肉味香濃,配上咸香黑魚子,好配合。高湯牛肉球平常茶樓食的牛肉球是蒸的,這裏的牛肉球是配上上湯,上湯內有少許菇,傳統得來帶點新穎。清酒雲吞雞酒味濃,雲吞皮薄,雞亦入味,新穎的點心。珍寶鮮蝦腸每一件的蝦腸均有一隻大大的蝦,醮上少少甜豉油,唔錯。粟米百花魚肚蝦膠加上大大件爽口唔腥的魚肚,推介。 continue reading

一心諗住黎呢到食竹筒飯   入到餐廳後發現除左竹筒飯外 原來仲有咁多點心選擇!我地兩個點左個 蟲草花雞竹筒飯雖然竹筒飯望落唔係好大份, 但其實個底都幾深架兩個人share 再加點心  岩岩好 但係竹筒飯既飯煮得有點濕  比想像既實在有些落差 冰鎮秋葵 呢個係季節限定  如果喜歡秋葵的人一定不要錯過!秋葵本身就很嫩  而且煮得很爽脆 加上有冰鎮住  真係好適合夏天食 呢個芝心炸蝦丸也是必點之選 一咬開  熱辣辣既芝士就流出黎 芝士迷一定唔可以錯過呀最後 柚子蜜雞翼 炸香既雞翼上面淋上柚子蜜  做法的確幾新穎味道則不過不失吧  continue reading

返完全日工,收工好想食點心諗起每次經過都好想試下呢間點心就call埋個friend兩個去試下啦!等左5分鐘左右就有位啦!入到去,D位有D迫....如果肥少少都未必過到但肚餓既我地唔理咁多啦一坐低就拿拿聲拎張點心紙tick下先~首先就黎左個「戚風斑蘭馬拉糕」,同埋「冰梅豬手竹筒飯」「戚風斑蘭馬拉糕」係佢地既好受歡迎既點心食落口好大陣斑蘭味,又鬆軟夠熱果然係招牌菜!!!「冰梅豬手竹筒飯」,豬手都夠淋但如果梅味重返D就好~竹筒飯無乜特別...感覺只係放左係竹筒入面既飯,唔係响竹筒入面煮好....高湯浸菜心~菜心無渣鮮甜~不錯蝦餃同燒賣都係一客兩粒~蝦餃都ok la...唔太出色但都唔會難食黑魚子燒賣入面既蝦好爽口唔好以為雲吞雞一定係大大煲~呢度既「清酒雲吞雞」的的骰骰雲吞無乜特別,但係個湯有陣陣清酒味~都不錯啊呢個薑汁糕好正!!夠煙un!又有好香既薑汁味~最後甜品~當然唔少得飲茶必備既「芒果布甸」仲有一個就係「焦糖燉蛋」芒果布甸入面有芒果粒,濃濃芒果味「焦糖燉蛋」面頭既焦糖都燒得脆卜卜,入面都好滑~ continue reading

別出心裁,有別於傳統既點心茶介已由7元加到8元,不過五緊要,因為呢度點心真係好岩我胃口,又好味,特別。至食鮮響鈴肉腸好特別組合,腸粉包住好脆既響鈴,裡面有又豬肉!口感好豐富,亦好有創意!呢個炸芝士蝦球!又係我至愛!外面係虾膠,入面芝士食時要小心燙親咀!我成日五小心b左d芝士出黎燒賣,蝦較!係用個木盒仔上好特別!而燒賣蝦較好足料!啖啖肉同虾!yummy! 另外叫左一盞飯,呢個就正正常常,無咩特別!suggest 留個胃試多d佢地五同既點心好過 continue reading
