To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朝早8點幾諗住食大家樂早餐，咁就準備用app去點定餐去到有得拎，點知個app顯示太忙連接唔到點唔到餐，試左好多次都係咁，服務好差。去到門市買又等左10+分鐘先有，而且速度都好慢，部分職員唔太熟手咁，要改善問題，見到廚房放左好多食品係出口處，水吧都未拎到。食物質素方面，早餐點銀針粉，炒麵，熱檸檬茶。銀針粉就比較細碗，炒麵質素算正常，今次唔算太油，試過成個炒麵油得好誇張，今次相比下算正常了。熱檸檬茶正常。總結黎講，app點餐經常出現問題或故障點唔到餐，要改善。

人多熱熱鬧鬧gathering，最好就係喺屋企食盆菜，舒舒服服，食幾耐都得。出面酒樓人又多、又難搵位、又限時間。往年已經食開，因為冇味精（如果有味精身體會有反應）。預早已經order定 鮑魚瑤柱福袋盆菜（$868），咁嘅價錢已經有原粒日本乾瑤柱、韓國蠔豉、鮑魚。之後加配左六粒 百花釀蟹鉗（$158）：呢個餸就真係有啲搵笨，嚟到凍冰冰，又細粒。用PayMe俾錢送 元肉杞子桂花糕 （價值$128）：呢個送嘅全晚最有驚喜，因為本來完全冇期望。見圖：好足料，仲要係清甜味道，唔係死甜。

午膳找食,食快餐最簡單,大家樂排隊人龍長,但懂得使用點餐機極少人,一於自己落單選了個"鮮茄牛肉燴飯配奶茶"堂食 , 節省時間又放取位。意料不到的,鮮茄牛肉燴飯水準不俗,牛肉夠滑入味、蕃茄夠大又多😋😋😋

下午逛完街回家, 見大家樂有位可坐就入來涼下冷氣再決定食什麼。見到燒味窗展示的义燒及燒鴨賣相不俗...., 免排隊, 就直接的用點餐機點了 雙拼飯再加熱㗎啡, 共銀$52。老實講$52的雙拼燒味飯套餐,真的不算便宜。

日日開電視不停都有大家樂廣告，今日去到美孚開工，行過見到大家樂，唔想再行，因為老實講美孚真係冇咩野食，就行入去食個早餐先，入到去都係會出現選擇困難症，所以就選最平果個，$26蚊，炸菜米，烚蛋，火腿，多士，熱奶茶，集團先做到依個價錢，企係度等，一等再等，一個早餐等左成15分鐘，的確係有d 心急，不過算啦$26蚊，拿拿聲拎左就搵位食，味道大家都知係冇咩驚喜，不過又要失望，因為d 野食係凍的，得一樣野熱，熱奶茶，總結，廣告的確係好有用，我今次都因為廣告行入去食
