Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修咗一個月左右,咁啱我哋都唔得閒成個月無family day🙈大家都旅行搵吓去今日非常想飲茶,所以嚟到見到好多人要等位都冇諗住轉場照等啦都等咗差唔多一個鐘啊好多人!仲以為假期同埋裝修完會加價,點知都我下午茶特價嘅選擇等嘅時候去廁所 咁樣會唔會安全啲?果然係乾淨咗好多!裝修就靚咗少少,不過整體大同小異最緊要乾淨!同埋入去嘅時候見到原來好多吉枱,之後唔夠員工去執,啲部長都一腳踢啊我同好多食客一樣,成個過程都自助模式🤣🤣將就吓啦鮑汁鳳爪好腍好夠火候,阿媽就鍾意有咬口多少少,阿爸就好鍾意太硬 佢啲牙弱咗呀嘛,我都覺得幾好味嘅金錢肚六件美麗整齊嘅位置,底下有三件芋頭,應該輕輕走過油 金錢肚好味好滿足鯪魚球我覺得好味咗,唔會load咗好多油,底下墊生菜,我鍾意娃娃菜多啲,但係都唔錯, !鯪魚球有好多蝦米同埋有陳皮味,幾出色嘅特價美食好彩變咗!叉燒切雞米線都好靚仔,叉燒有成五六件好靚仔嘅位置食到我哋捧住個肚走!雞翼都係新鮮嘅走地雞味道好滿足呀食得 continue reading

難得放假,同最愛姨甥女去食飯,問姨甥女想食咩…話想食龍蝦伊麵,咁我地去左海王漁港食飯近屋企,我地3個人去到,同姨甥女睇魚缸揀做緊優惠$198/斤西澳龍蝦,2斤幾,然後伊麵加$68,芝士再另加$100,小朋友喜歡食便照加。先黎左個叫花膠腐皮豆腐煲$148,個煲打開蓋香噴噴,花膠腐皮豆腐冬菇都煮得入味,唯獨個 類似秀珍菇類酸左壞左,我見我地食左一半,費時叫人換,祗好夾起菇類沒吃。然後到左藍瓜子斑魚$168/1斤,條魚蒸得剛好,很滑,點埋豉油好味,條魚唔多骨,小朋友都食得開心。小朋友最盼望的龍蝦伊麵到左,但黎左個烏冬底,小朋友見到唔開心,因為佢唔喜歡烏冬,同原來一心係黎食芝士伊麵,個經理知道錯左都即時免左個伊麵費用,但小朋友難免會失落,我又唔想食餐飯去理論點解唔換俾我,小朋友又唔食,最後將嗰2斤幾龍蝦外賣帶走,埋單$918,這間食物質素其實幾好,可惜錯單。 continue reading

今日同屋企人去海皇漁港飲茶,真係嘆到我一句「正」!首先話你知,佢個🐠百花釀魚肚,真係啖啖都意猶未盡,魚肚彈牙得嚟唔油膩,啲釀料仲好飽滿,每啖都咁juicy,好食到停唔到口。跟住試咗個叉燒腸,哇!叉燒熔口得嚟,肥瘦適中,完美融合喺腸皮嘅Q彈之間,真係「幾可以」!至於鳳爪排骨飯就經典咁包你飽肚,點心皇帝鳳爪啖啖肉,口感黏唔膩,排骨又香噴噴,入口即化,真係👍。而金錢肚就嘆到我眼前一亮,新鮮滑嫩得嚟份量足,食得我心情都舞熊起上!整體嚟講,今次飲茶,除咗所謂嘅「茶位貴三蚊」之外,味道、服務、體驗都係一流,真係「食在好滋味」。下次飲茶,海皇漁港定係我嘅首選,無錯過!😊🍽️🍵 continue reading

在香港,幾乎每一區都會有一間巨型既酒樓。而在我居住的馬鞍山區內,說巨型,其中的表表者就一定係《海王漁港》了。飲茶好,因為地方夠大,易搵位。擺幾圍好,因為要攞個房仔,無難度。唯一不好就是個場地 setting 只是為了街坊飲茶食晚飯而已。包場搞宴會,就麻麻了。是日,因為有親戚在外國回來,就包了房仔,擺三圍,宴請眾親友。那天,的確是擺酒咁擺。第一道來的就是鴻運片皮乳豬全體。這是先吃皮,後吃肉的食法。店員先來分每一人件夾包,包內就夾一片乳豬皮。自行加點醬來吃,又香又脆。其實,豬皮內亦帶有少許的肥肉,吃入口也帶有更味美的豬油香,確實是香口惹味。餘下的豬肉件,就自己夾了。我夾了帶有骨的一件,肉少少,有軟軟的骨頭咬下,味道很是濃厚。第二道菜,名叫 3.6牛乳澳洲龍蝦球。這菜式,個 base 就係一碗加了龍蝦汁既燉鮮奶,龍蝦的鮮味同奶混合了,味道不亞於芝士焗龍蝦。並因為有龍蝦汁,也有大大舊的龍蝦肉,令到整份菜式都充滿鮮味。再來是一份酒席常見的西蘭花帶子炒珊蚌。感覺很好的是,是日的西蘭花夠腍,而珊瑚蚌也難得地入味。生才多子瑤柱脯,是意頭菜。這次,用了生菜代替了髮菜,意頭一樣,味道亦可以說是更勝。因為生菜包住晒所有汁同瑤柱的香甜味。簡單一說,是惹味得很。原隻六頭鮑魚扣鵝掌是一道很商貴的菜式。完美地又濃又香。鮑魚腍,入口充滿味道之餘,其鮑汁混合了其他的蠔油豉油等,也把難得做到嫩滑的鵝掌炆到內外都充滿味道。我更可以說,直頭連骨都有味。席珍上,沒有羹,沒有翅。因為有一個材料一樣咁名貴的花膠公羊肚菌燉螺頭。羊肚菌,燉螺頭,雞腳等等的味道,完完全全地燉出來,令到湯頭極之甜美。飲得呢種湯,主角當然是涉渣啦。這些東西,點一點豉油食,勝過席內好多好多既菜式。見到魚,又是食指大動的時候了。金華蝴蝶蒸東星斑,擁布一個咁優雅既名,好明顯是因為是上碟既方法有點不同。剖開兩邊蒸,受熱比較平均了,而魚汁也能很美妙地,均勻的佈滿在魚肉的身上。看見雞雞,也就是席宴的尾聲了。而這次的燒雞,叫松露醬脆皮燒雞。雞本身已經夠晒香,再加上了松露醬,雖有點似多此一舉,但食落又真係幾夾。本來想彈,但吃了一口之後,感覺無得彈。之前吃了龍蝦肉,但仲有個龍蝦頭冇煮熟啊。當昤已經心知,那龍蝦頭會以另一個形式再出現係我地既眼前的。所以,到開始上飯麵時,就有這一窩龍皇泡飯了。這是把龍蝦頭內的肉同膏折拆出來煮湯飯。本來,來到飯麵呢個環節,大家都好不自覺地,浪費食物。但,因為有這一個龍蝦湯的加持,這一窩飯,全清。飯後,就有甜品。桂花椰汁糕,很有層次感。一層甜,一層香滑,再一層甜,一層香滑,多吃好多件都可以。賀壽大蟠桃。這一個就沒有力氣即場去完成佢了。大家都攞酒樓派的膠裝及盒仔,帶回家做明日的早、午餐或下午茶。我可以說,蓮蓉餡的壽包,香甜香滑。豆沙餡的,就是更加之甜啊。紅棗千層糕,熱辣辣咁食,係最開心既。這一個糕點,甜得黎又帶了溫和感覺。而這就是紅棗甜的獨特性。溫暖中的一點甜。《海王漁港》真的是一間好開心,好街坊的集團酒樓。亦因為主打的是街坊客,水準一定有保證。多年來,無論茶市晚市都座無虛席,就知道這是一間好酒樓啦。 continue reading

闊別馬鞍山幾個年頭,萬象更新。適逢要熱烈慶祝家人生日,方便出入,就到同區吃晚飯吧!早在10年前,海皇漁港已薄有名氣,是區內群眾要吃點心、吃中菜的首選。很多競爭對手,不乏大集團旗下,又開又關,疫情期間更甚。看來只有海皇漁港屹立不倒。好友是中菜集團高管,常常受恩惠結伴試菜,本人因此可以說是半个中菜專家了。聽說長腳蟹市場今年競爭激烈,眾多酒樓也爭相推出,風頭甚至壓過大閘蟹。海皇漁港長腳蟹的口碑,是為人所知的。價錢比大部份主流中菜廳低,每斤便宜$50。味道,比其他競爭對手鮮。聽員工說,一個晚上能賣60隻。另外也點了龍蝦,中上。結論:價錢食物性價比區內第一。坦白說食物質素和西貢沒大分別,約便宜三成。地方乾淨企理舒適。要改善的地方:入座安排混亂、點菜下單混亂。不是天天來的客戶完全不知流程,坐下點,還是走出去海鮮檔點,完全沒有指引。員工也可能太忙吧,也給不了什麼meaningful幫忙。一個成功的餐飲集團要不同部門的配合和制度,加油! continue reading
