To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經特別備註，叫咗小鹹但係都係好鹹，可能師傅慣咗手勢，無可奈何。外賣餐牌冇得加飯，但係備注時講明加白飯，到取餐時先至另外再見俾錢，餐廳都肯照做，彈性處理值得讚。

想起都有一兩年沒去了，就想想試下吧（平常到啟田商場那邊多）。五點多去到，見人不多（坐了四分一到三分一左右吧，點了三個下午茶，結果等了差不多半小時，收銀一直sell人買蛋糕，都冇理我等到變化石，門口入去個位仲有陣怪異氣味。而且回家後發現有一個餐是錯的（雞扒焗什麼變了肉醬意粉，怪自己等這麼久沒看清楚），味道就是一般餐廳的水準，肉醬意粉的意粉是帶辣味的，如果怕辣既朋友唔好叫，雞髀還好，薯條本身外賣就冇寄望過會脆（事實比我理像中好，起碼唔係勁林過種程度）反正我不會再幫襯了。
