夠火喉嘅嘢先至好食,始終陣味係正好多。好似炒菜甘,雖然油,但係味道十足。自己屋企整係永遠炒不了。涼瓜炒牛肉--涼瓜我好喜歡食,呢到嘅涼瓜不是太苦,有點甘。而且炒到好爽口,岩岩好。牛肉就係經梳打粉整理過,質感係唔同左。但一般出面食都難以避免,我明嘅。豬潤浸時蔬--經個朋友先知道原來呢個菜係上一輩嘅人好中意點嘅菜,但依家已經好小出現。味道清清甜甜,豬潤爽口。菜脯豆角炒蛋--本身想食芙蓉蛋,但係無,食番呢個家鄉炒蛋,味道都幾好。加左個菜脯,好有口感,又有d咸香味。唔錯。一個小菜55蚊,仲有例湯同埋白飯,份量都好夠。而且味道好,十分抵食。 continue reading

早幾天剛打了一篇三送飯嘅食評,令我想起這家食堂。雖然一年不是來過很多次,但印象卻好。不常來的原因不是這裡的味道,是因爲公司的人都變了。有點慨嘆,早兩,三年過來的時間,公司吃飯的人總是一伙的。沒有紛期,沒有隔閡,吃飯總是開心,談天說地。今天與我來的都是好同事,但除了我以外,旁邊的人都人去樓空。一大班人吃飯的好處當然是可以多叫幾個小菜,多吃幾個味道。蜆介雞煲--今天最好的發現。平常吃的蜆介都是鯪魚球,而且只是用來沾。今天用來煮雞,而且是用來整小鍋,夠火喉。那種咸香味比起蝦醬更加惹味。啫啫芥蘭煲--覺得更像蝦醬芥蘭。蝦醬味道濃烈。芥蘭質感爽口,有甜味。豆腐斑腩煲--男人的最愛。有幾個男人指明要這個菜,不可不叫。但這味全比其他略為遜色。頭腐味道不是太夠,但斑腩嘅味道不錯,外面有炸漿,內面嫩。咕嚕肉--夠酸,夠甜,入口開胃。肉切成顆狀,外邊微脆,咬落多肉。其實還有一味,金菇肥牛煲,但奈何幾個煲煮出來都十分熱辣。影相的時候都被煙蓋住。而我又想避免成為同事心目中的港女,還是不影吧,哈哈。還不得不提一點,午市套餐,包飯,例湯同一個送,價錢劃一55蚊。白飯仲要係任裝,十分化算。 continue reading

喺觀塘返工, 同事話想搵晚一齊飯局吹水, 有人提議食呢間, 但就要n年前book定位同落定單食乜野, 聽落都幾巴閉!!!我地一行十人,食左好多款招牌菜,包括冰醉瀨尿蝦, 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝, 蟶子, 雞蛋焗魚腸, 招牌三寶(叉燒,鵝腸, 肉餅), 糯米釀雞翼, 八寶鴨等等, 令我最深印象同覺得最值得食嘅, 係冰醉瀨尿蝦, 因為真係好大隻同肉質彈牙, 令人好想食多一隻~其他食物唔係唔好, 而係未至於值得到要登特提早book位同落order食囉, 而且價錢亦唔算抵, 大家食完結論係:唔洗食第二次~ continue reading

來左公司三年幾都未食過呢間野,真係有點兒過份丫。不過覺得要多人來先開心,所以一直無機會。今日6人行,跟同事來試下。原來有午市套餐,都好多款揀。我地一早就book定位同落定order! 唔使驚等位同無得食 同事訂左個咸魚煎肉餅,話係必食。去到,原來得4張枱,3大1小。靚姐拎左湯同飯俾我地,今日係白菜煲雞。湯睇落好清,但都夠火喉。第一個菜,枝竹斑腩煲,個煲上枱熱辣辣的。都幾足料,味道啱啱好。第二個係雞煲,內有豬肝。幾和味 咸魚煎肉餅上場,又係熱辣辣的。唔會太咸,同事仲話食到有甜果添!鮮魷炒西蘭花,無得唔好食啦!沙拉骨,呢個就真係麻麻。太多沙律醬喇!最後係蒜蓉炒雜菜,好大碟,抵食,無炒過龍,好爽脆! continue reading

同事帶路嚟到觀塘工廈中嘅私房菜,提早好多BOOK位,當晚亦都FULL HOUSE。成班同事擦餐勁,成枱都係餸。不得不提係糯米釀全雞,成隻雞嘅外皮整到卜卜脆,再將糯米釀喺入面。脆雞皮同糯米一齊食,雖然口感好油膩,但非常滿足!黃金蝦炸得香脆,蛋黃味十足,不過人頭一隻唔夠喉。羊腩煲好足料,每件都炆得好淋好入味。 continue reading
