To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來想私心收藏的吃晚飯地點,但今晚見到整間酒樓只有五枱客,很害怕他們會捱不住,所以分享給大家😜環境: 樓底高枱與枱之間疏落有序,中式古雅夾日式庭園裝飾,洗手間也很整潔。服務: 細心體貼地在旁觀察客人需要,或換碟或加水,上例湯上粥品都分好一份份,慢慢遞給客人,上片皮鴨時細分切割擺盤精美,不徐不疾的把鴨肉連皮放好。食物:#片皮鴨必食,皮香夾脆肉質細膩。 #頭抽煎花蝦 入味而不會太咸,蝦肉鮮甜比龍蝦肉更爽脆,價錢:我們點了一個小菜套餐,片皮鴨二食,再加一個蠔仔粥,人均二百多,捧著肚子滿足的走。推薦晚市自選套餐,老火例湯加三款小菜才$428 (見附圖) continue reading

同屋企的長輩食餐好,老人家喜歡飲茶,所以近近地在觀塘搵一間比較高級的酒樓孝順吓。上OpenRice搵,搵到這一間聘珍樓,幾年前食過,好多年冇嚟,不妨再試吓,所以book咗中午飲茶。11:30到達,酒樓地方寬闊,裝修比較典雅,服務也算不錯。點心、小食價錢唔算平,但選擇也比較多。老人家樣樣都想食,所以叫了比較多點心,兩個人一共叫了六樣點心。帶子鳳眼餃 $44 蝦肉厚實,帶子鮮甜。花菇魚肚燒賣 $44兩舊大大嘅魚肚,一隻大花菇,燒賣係豬肉蝦打成,口感結實新鮮。小籠包 $44四隻小籠包,外皮薄,肉質鮮,一啖咬落去充滿湯汁,的確唔錯。脆皮燒肉(小食) $128雖然價錢唔平,但係燒肉皮很脆,燒肉充滿肉汁。蔥花芥茉海蜇(小食) $78份量都唔少,海蜇爽口。椒鹽魷魚 (食) $88外皮鬆脆,但魷魚比較細條。總括來說,價錢不是便宜,但食物質素和價錢成正比,唯一是服務人手比較不足,人多的時候,加水要等比較耐時間才有人服務。中午12:30過後,非常多寫字樓和外國客人,看來都是比較受歡迎的,如果想舒舒服服安心享受吓飲茶,這間酒樓應該是不錯的選擇。 continue reading

印象好似係第一次食聘珍樓😆😆😆咁啱black friday 一行4人就揀咗就腳同大家都啱食既聘珍樓,臨行年尾多人搞婚宴,夜市都幾多人訂位架!🤫晚市套餐可以揀3餸1湯都唔錯既,我哋仲單點咗一個煲仔飯開心share仲幫我哋分埋起埋飯焦,服務態度好好👍不過美中不足個煲仔飯濕得濟唔夠乾身乾少少會好食d點咗半隻醉🐔以為係餸,點知原來係湯嚟架!但都幾好飲,好滋補🥰每人都有一大碗架個鱔都唔錯,味道正常時菜炒帶子都好味👍好快清哂 continue reading

過年黎樓飲茶,有啲失望,跌晒眼鏡😂😂同兩個月前黎真係有分別點解?因為見到呢度嘅環境、食物、用具、餐枱真係差左。三個茶壺有兩個都起晒茶漬,已經叫佢哋換咗一次茶壺仲係咁,雖然已經好左😒😒平心而論,見到咁嘅茶漬真係唔係好開胃我真係唔係好信入邊所有茶壺都係咁,侍應應該點都可以揀一個冇乜問題既俾我哋,而侍應態度都係一個問題,感覺佢哋唔係好想換,叫佢哋好似求佢哋咁🥲🥲而張枱亦都唔平,要攝紙才平🥲🥲 新年流流家中老人黎到呢個位就有啲忌啦,白色嘅筷子都係黑黑地咁,咁既情況唔講唔知以為自己去咗大排檔嘅茶樓😂😂有啲食物係唔錯既,尤其鮮蝦腸、賽螃蟹餃、燒賣、啲蝦都好大粒幾爽,呢個係讚而其他點心質素就平平想講有點點心係差的,尤其是個蛋散,炸出嚟係有啲有油益味,原本諗住叫佢換下,諗起頭先個侍應態度就費事同佢講,幾十蚊由佢啦,新年流流費事坳🤣桂花蜜糖係讚,唔會大部分餐廳會做到呢個細節,但彌補唔到個蛋飯嘅油益味。原本諗住叫你過錢很高,但係估唔到個芯全部都係蛋黃😂食左$520,人均$130,似用餐景點,真係短期內都唔會過嚟。我相信餐廳做得好定唔好,一定會有顧客反映,並唔係serve完就算! continue reading
