To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間經過，全場得1枱客，但見係米芝蓮推薦就試試☺️下午茶黎講定價較高🥹不過份量好大！✨分別嗌咗香茅雞翼撈檬$60 &雞扒撈檬$60✨另外再加小食 越南炸春卷💫全部食物都正正常常，味道上冇話太特別，可能要食湯粉先知點解會連續咁多年米芝蓮推介！😹

去海港城Xmas shopping 行咗半個鐘都搵唔啱心水食肆, 突然想起附近有間童年回憶-老趙越南餐！好彩又搵到車位, 坐低睇睇餐牌, 依舊有至愛菜式也同時發現有啲新菜式, 當然要試吓！生牛河- 依然係至愛👍🏻燒豬肉卷-好得👍🏻燒大頭蝦-正到一個點 👍🏻金邊粉-冇得輸👍🏻刁草魚-值得試👍🏻榴連糕-正👍🏻

我見呢間越南餐廳好出名，同埋都多人推介，於是就嚟咗試一試佢嘅菜式。今次淨係叫咗一碗雞絲撈檬。份量好大，一個女仔未必食得晒。同正常撈檬一樣，佢都有配搭一啲蘿蔔、炸蒜花生粒，非常香口。最特別就係佢亦都配有蔥油，攪拌嚟食嘅時候更有一番風味～味道層次昇華！而佢自己調配嘅檬汁嘅辣同埋酸度平衡恰到好處，好開胃😋而啲雞絲都算唔錯，未去到好柴。整體來講係一碗不過不失嘅撈檬睇埋價錢，我就覺得非常之抵食👍🏿

今日試咗佐敦嘅越南菜餐廳，嗌咗越南湯檬同撈檬湯檬配清雞湯，清淡得來都有啲雞味，配埋去咗骨嘅油雞，唔想食油膩嘅話啱啱好!撈檬配埋檬汁味道就重少少 加埋佢有落蔥油 花生 炸蒜 蘿蔔 食落非常香口～Lunch set 仲送埋熱飲， 先58一位，整體嚟講非常抵食😋
