好耐冇出尖沙咀,所以好耐冇食澳牛,今日終於有機會出尖沙咀食澳牛喇。可能今日星期六門口勁多人排咗四個字先入得,但係叔叔都幾好人,一路安排座位都安排得幾好等完四個字之後終於有得入去入到去即刻叫叉燒意粉炒蛋多士唔夠3分鐘,個餐就即刻到啦咋咋淋食落去,水準同之前一樣係擁有特別嘅魔力,唔知點解第二間係唔會食到。炒蛋一樣咁滑叉燒意連個湯底都飲埋到最後叫咗杯奶茶奶茶幾好冇變最後埋單$60好似加咗價,但係都值得全餐食咗唔夠四個字就出門口下次會再嚟

最近一次去食澳牛的「光速餐」係十幾年前陀仔時,那次是最無高壓感的一次,因為早知澳牛對陀B的都有特別看待, 卸貨之後都沒再去了;剛巧要到TST,就帶同阿仔去感受吓嗰高壓情況吃下「光速餐」的環境氣氛,我又真係早一晚List好入座後的選擇, 避免有選擇困難徵狀出現;門外等了30分鐘,安排未有坐過嘅卡座包廂,進座後即時把現場高壓感減半,人家來就是要感受它哦🤪;入座後近2分鐘,竟然還未有侍應衝過來施壓,呼叫3次終於有侍應衝著過來,而下單後效率依然,不足10秒已經上菜,「光速餐」 果然名不虛傳;澳牛只有3個餐選擇,早餐過後只剩特餐及快餐,以化萛角度一定係選特餐,方包免費改烘底是少不了,食物質素保持,厚多士烘後不會過乾,招牌炒蛋依舊蛋香濃口感滑嫩,意粉通粉一貫茶記標準林身不帶彈牙感,但湯底比一般茶記來得濃郁,值得清碟,最後來杯招牌奶茶,依舊茶香奶滑😋,現場不時聽到侍應禮貌地多謝熟客派發的"利事",證明還真的有不少港人來幫襯,當然也少不了“社交媒體網站‘’遊客。

熱蛋白燉鮮奶
呢個真係世一🥺但建議唔好一路食一路飲啲好濃味既跟餐茶 要試真佢個奶味🥲對於我呢個平時勁中意蛋又勁中意飲奶既人嚟講 呢個真係好食到不能形容😭❤️佢一啲都唔甜 但勁濃牛奶味 口感又厚厚地有啲似greek yoghurt咁 好滿足啊🥺

我就飲凍奶茶 因為聽人講去茶餐廳一定要試下佢啲奶茶先會知佢質素點樣😗我仲專登叫左走甜試真啲個味👻飲落去真係feel到好濃既茶味 唔係普通連鎖快餐店個啲hea茶包味🙊咖啡嚟講因為無嗌走甜 收到反映係甜到漏🤣

澳洲牛奶公司😋招牌蛋治 - $22出名上菜速度快的澳牛,冇令我哋失望,等咗1分鐘就出咗個新鮮滾熱辣的蛋治,真係啱晒趕時間的香港人😆。新鮮出爐的炒滑蛋超級厚,食落好有口感,有好明顯的牛奶香氣,炒滑蛋來講係世一😋。服務上,澳牛哥哥對客人的態度又冇傳說中咁可怕,收碟速度雖然都係快,但由於我哋去的時候唔係繁忙時段,所以都冇趕我哋走😀。順帶一提,澳牛唔係賣澳洲的牛奶,佢牛奶係同維記拎貨,只係老闆為紀念之前係澳洲行船先改餐廳叫作『澳洲牛奶公司』🤣。

今次再踏進澳牛,呢間食堂喺大家心目中嘅地位真係毋庸置疑。人流如織嘅情況下,職員嘅效率都無忍,手腳麻利到不得了,令人印象深刻。先講講呢個炒蛋多士,賣相簡簡單單,但味道絕對令人回味。炒蛋出奇嘅滑溜,伴隨住金黃香脆嘅多士,真係一絕;光係諗返起來都令人垅口水。再黎就係叉燒意粉,每條粉都掛住恰到好處嘅醬汁,叉燒又夠火喉,啖啖肉感,食落香味飄香,令人食指大動。至於杏汁燉蛋,香氣十足,係個人甜品嘅好選擇。份量上手,每一啖都感受到燉蛋嘅細滑與杏汁嘅甜蜜交織,甜而不膩,真心不錯。服務嘅話,可能會有人覺得佢哋太快捷導致有啲「口硬」,但其實成日踩單車食飯嘅香港人都習慣左呢種節奏,講求效率又點會介意呢?總括嚟講,係個幾正嘅食體驗會心推介!🍽️😊👍
