又是一個陽光普照的週末, 來到這條本來不怎麼旺的黃埔街(本來是本區街坊行上火車站的主要通道,但就不知為何一直都沒有怎樣興旺過直至最近一年,外面街鋪租金高企, 好多想創業的食肆陸續進注呢條小街) 而今日這間似乎是以意粉主打的西餐廳開業不過半年左右, 作為街坊嘅我們好歹也來支持一下吧! 午餐餐牌不設加一, 但就最平易的以$55起至$75不包括餐湯,沙律等, 所以實質是”加一”已經是暗地裡被加入了! 而大部份餐價則是$60- 68為主, 我們試咗:鮮蝦蕃茄意大利麵$65 蝦肉質地夠爽脆但沒蝦的鮮味, 鮮蝦只能理解是一個”名字”並沒有太大意義, 茄醬份量唔算多但都剛剛好可以撈勻整碟麵的, 茄醬調味都ok嘅, 麵質軟硬適中,炭燒美國小牛排$75 賣相相當嚇人, 一個碟分為四區, 左上角是燒汁, 左下角是幾條沙律菜, 右下角是18條炸薯條, 右上角是三條中指般粗嘅牛扒條! 燒汁ok, 沙律菜嘅沙律汁少之又少, 炸薯條的薯條色淺但都係脆皮嘅, 牛扒條的肉質其實都有牛味嘅惜已經被燒至7成熟, 這三條的份量同一件比較明顯感覺是否有點那個呢?? 賣相本身已經可以說是”無”了! 由於唔知道這牛扒是有幾條菜的, 加咗$15攞多咗個沙律菜, 菜可以講比跟餐的靚仔同新鮮的, 沙律汁則是現成的日式胡麻醬汁,咖啡是有點啖口(只有啡香味)嗰種,餐廳裝修以白色為主, 枱也是能夠自由組合成二人/四人/六人等擺設, 服務當然係好嫩啦, 我倆再來機會不高了, continue reading

近期發現了這小店靜靜開張,所以來試一下。點了二人餐,前菜有湯,很香很新鮮的香草包,還有巴馬火腿伴哈密瓜,感覺已經很豐富。主菜意粉加雞/牛/豬扒,今次選了蕃茄意粉和菠蘿豬柳,豬柳很嫩,配搭煙肉包著外邊,外脆內軟!!甜品原來是木糠蛋糕,很驚喜,不是普通的甜品喔!整體來說很好,一定會再來!! p.s. 如果兩個主菜可以一齊上或者差不多時間上菜會較好。 continue reading

琴晚約左班朋友食飯,其中一個朋友知道poly舊宿舍個邊開左間新餐廳,於是我地就去試下。入面環境舒適,但坐位唔多,建議要預先訂位。我地五個人去食,叫左5樣野食同5個甜品,每人埋單先$150,真係好抵食。野食都算大碟,而且味道好足,又無咩味精(因為食完無好口渴既感覺),大讚!而當中我最欣賞就係黑松露帶子沙律同原隻豬手配黑椒汁。呢兩樣我大力推介,可再encore。我地當晚叫左朱古力奶涷同木糠布甸。令我感意外既係呢度既甜品都好好味,飯後唔使再揾地方食甜品啦。 continue reading

Just walk by one day with my friends live at Royal Peninsula and give a try to this newly Italian Restaurant, Really out of expectation ,matches the title as gourmet heaven of Hong Kong!! Cream Corn Soup as Daily Soup ,nicely seasoned !Steamed Clams In Spicy Tomato Broth, Sauce was sooo darn flavourful,Moderate amount of seasoning still taste the natural sweetness of the broth!Romagnola Classic Caesar Salad really refreshing appetizers which arouse my appetite for sure! Daily appetizers with Yummy shrimp wripped with mashed potatoes,Veggies with Dijon Mustard dressing!Spaghetti Pomodoro ,every piece of spaghetti was able to contact the sauce definitely brought everything together and formulated a cute presentation as well!xp Finally give a go to the Herb Crusted Rack Of Lamb,Prestigious lamb Perfectly grilled,highly complemented unique ''secret'' sauce,full flavor of herbs but not grassy, Crispy outside but Juicy and Tender InsideHomemade Tiramisu, definite worth trying,makes you addictive to sweet,Refreshing end to the meal ! continue reading
