To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節原本開開心心食飯，結果差到極點的體驗。一家大小8大1小坐中桌25號台。食物等了1個鐘才開始上食物，以為母親節人多等得耐都算。催了3次食物都沒來，沒來就算了，埋單的時候收銀仲話數目對，可是手機訂單顯示畫面和帳單上的圈數對不上。收銀人員的態度囂張仲寸，一副差佢錢的樣子。佢哋仲將d錢放落茶位到。中桌9人茶位，收我18個人的錢。不相信可以計下 不算茶錢和服務費是515，18個人吃了515？每人28蚊？？！有咩可能啊

由於BOOK左位唔洗等位今日星期六食晚飯，人都唔多，全場坐唔滿食左個6人套餐2千幾，岩岩好係6人，都夠食又有龍蝦麵，有條魚鮑魚生菜幾好食，包左汽水同一枝啤酒有個湯好清甜但入面隻鮑魚好聲，唔係甘好食出餐都好快有得食份量都好夠，不過全部加埋質素就一般般全部加埋都完整一個圍餐，有菜，麵，飯同最後細件甜品馬拉糕

The first time we visited during the weekend, the $1 chicken was still abit bloody and not cooked through. Yet, the food during the week, which shown in the pictures was cooked better than weekend, where they didn't rushed. This is their seafood banquet deal and there were 11 of us. From abalone, brawns, lobster to scallop dishes. They were delicious and I particularly like the prawn balls. This deal also included drinks and dessert of custard steamed cake rolls.

食物就無咩特別，因為中央廚房整出黎，但係我最鍾意食就係腸粉同埋炒烏冬，因為腸粉個豉油好味🤣🤣🤣環境方面，平日就比較少人，所以多位唔需要等位，但係到左假期就好多人係到飲茶，需要排隊攞位，咁愛民邨又無其他茶樓，焗住一定要係到等位先有得飲茶。服務員態度欠佳，特別係埋單嘅時候找錢會dun錢俾我😫😫😫

今日第一次阿老婆去飲茶，感覺係食過嘅最差質素嘅點心，蝦餃皮厚過我腳板底，潮州粉果一樣，皮多個料，雞札完全唔係平時食開個款，腐皮太濕，味道欠奉，叉燒腸粉凍兼皮厚，生菜魚皮餃一樣係厚皮到不得了。總之一句，唔識整薄皮！
