今日eatmug9 #85上個星期我去咗成發餐廳,聽講佢哋嗰個酸菜魚同胡椒豬肚雞唔差,所以我當然要去試吓啦。嘩,一入到門,啲香味就撲鼻而來,立即令人食指大動!先講嗰個酸菜魚。撈開嗰堆鮮艷嘅酸菜,一塊嘅魚肉就喺下面悄藏著,鮮嫩得來帶啲微嘅爽口感。酸菜嘅酸味同魚肉嘅鮮甜,啊,混合埋一嘗,真係夾得好驚人,令人唔自覺咁連續夾咗幾筷子!轉個頭,嚟埋份胡椒豬肚雞。呢個經典湯品,真係熱辣辣滿滿一碗,胡椒味剛好,唔會過分攝辣,但足夠溫暖你啲胃。豬肚切得細塊,咬落去呢,爽彈,啲雞肉更係軟滑得嚟,完美吸住了湯汁。一呷,係冬季裡面嘅一股温暖。成發餐廳,環境擺設都算簡潔,服務員都幾貼心。不過啊,最正嘅,當然係嗰兩道招牌菜喇。喂,下次想食得暖笠笠,又要正宗川湘風味,記得去試下喔! continue reading

一向係酸菜魚愛好者,見到呢度有酸菜魚食就同朋友嚟試一試,順手叫咗幾個小菜,順便聚下舊大大盤酸菜魚四人份量,應該都夠六個人食,份量足,魚片嫩滑,夠晒味,冇出邊嗰啲咁油膩粟米斑腩,斑腩啱啱炸起,外脆內嫩,餸飯首選大馬站煲,見個名幾得意叫黎試吓,味道又唔錯喎,好食過男人的浪漫豆腐火腩,啲燒肉都好香口,味道幾特別最後叫咗個菜,金銀蛋菠菜,鑊氣夠,菜同蛋都炒得好嫩口,湯汁都好鮮甜呢間真心推介,價錢又唔貴,可以一試 continue reading

久唔久都想去成發食因為覺得廚師出品得唔差起碼有味有度而佢晚餐 59蚊有湯有飯有飲品我覺得價錢 已經算比較合理了但我幾次同 提出同屋企人一齊食佢哋都拒絕了因為佢哋話個地方好污糟其實我平時唔多覺的今次自己一個人去果然發現側邊地下坐位邊邊也是佈滿污漬有些事類似煙灰痕跡邊邊地下是食物汁水乾了的痕跡加上比較暗淡的和奇怪的裝修風格難怪會感覺差了一點拋開環境論食物質素我覺得係可以接受今次叫了金薯黑椒牛肉粒當時正常的一碗湯但可以煲得更加夠味道牛肉是番薯黑椒牛肉加上 用了蜜糖炒甜甜惹味如果在大排檔者肯定是非常熱門的一道菜今次是在成發第一次食,我覺得很滿意至於白飯今日比較乾身, 奶茶就比較淡可能是冰已經快溶水緣故, 不過乘用上刨冰也是出面比較少樓下街坊 茶餐廳本沒什麼好評論食飽就好但真的希望成分好好注意衛生如果唔係,就只會留返一批阿伯 人客越嚟越少 continue reading
