心血來潮請日假,走到機場接老友機順道食個靚飯。本想到何洪記或美心翠園,誰知老友識途推介 2 號客運大樓有好野食,梗係去試試啦!踏足機場多年都不知道柳暗花明又一村,有一排食肆開在這邊呢!真係走寶呀。黃昏五點幾的接機晚餐,少食多滋味。雷奧、凱多、法蘭奇,滷水鴨舌、滷水鵝片、滷水圓蹄併滋味雞!我宿醉未清,來多碗白飯及壼鐵觀音醒醒去。到最後一碟,滷水圓蹄併滋味雞送到時,嬸嬸稱 last call 喇。因示威關係要提早收檔徹退呢,明白明白。滷水鴨舌,食過王子飯店鴨舌出品,暫時其他食肆都被比下去了!這堆還能評為美味,飽滿肥嘟嘟,脆脆軟骨。外層爽爽,掉入口一趙爆開,汁液四濺,滷水芳香。滷水鵝片配豆腐,沒有跟白醋好罕見喎。眼測已預料肉質不怎嫩滑,肥瘦適中鵝肉味甜美親民,鵝脂甘香不膩,滷水浸得完美無瑕。豆腐也絕不馬虎,豆味濃郁,外皮嚥韌香口白肉嫩嫩。搭著鵝片齊齊啪,有更高級的享受。滷水圓蹄併滋味雞,滷水圓蹄比起燻蹄更多功夫更加珍貴,厚切肉汁特別豐富欲滴,豬肉純天然甜味非凡,就連滷水都眨為配角。爽脆豬皮黏著彈彈豬肉,煮理得實在出色無比!脆皮白切雞,似足年青時係英國食𣇈雞,真令人懷念。堅係雞有雞味,價錢高昂有她的理由。薄脆雞皮噴出甘香鳳脂,白肉彈滑散發攝人心魄雞甜味,還淋上淡醬油提味,此舉太過份太可惡喇! continue reading

之前幫襯過幾次阿鴻小吃,都是匆匆忙忙地買個外賣飯盒,覺得嚐不到真味。今天Honey往外地,我到機場送機,趁還有時間,我們就在阿鴻小吃堂食餐廳吃了個午飯。我們不是機場員工,沒有套餐,只能散點。價錢合理,坐得也舒服,店員態度亦殷勤。我們叫了冬菇鵝肉鬆粥,還有撈麵。肉食方面,叫了鵝片、滷豬腸、滷鵝掌。三款食物,Honey最喜歡冬菇鵝肉鬆粥:湯頭很甜,滿口是鵝肉的甘香。粥底是潮州粥,米剛剛開,有米的口感,又不至於廣東式粥品的綿滑。而且,有芥蘭度,清新,Honey讚不絕口。撈麵:是幼身的鹼水麵,很滑,又爽口。配以芽菜和XO醬,我覺得幾好味,Honey就覺得普通,淡口一點。我叫了鹵水三併 - - 鵝片、滷豬腸、滷鵝掌:豬腸好入味,圈圈啖啖肉,沒有肥膩,沒有髒物。鵝肉片也不少,沒有想過這麼大碟,$238也算是貨真價實。不過,鹵水鵝掌就有點過鹹,不過,很爽口。整體而言,這餐午飯,非常滿意! continue reading

之前成日都見到知道佢啲鹵水鵝好出名但未有機會試,今日終於試到。餐廳入面好多大枱,啱晒一大班人去食。喺門口已經見到ok多人,大家都一邊等位一邊睇menu同落單,有效率啲。我哋全部都揀套餐A,有鹵水鵝片外加一款鹵水食物。我要墨魚,同行嘅人分別嗌牛𦟌、腎同豬頸肉。我個墨魚無乜味,不過就好爽口唔會韌,反而試咗人哋個牛𦟌覺得好好食,好入味而又唔會太鹹。值得一提係佢個辣油好香好正,個墨魚沾完啲辣油之後好食咗好多。講返主角鵝片,份量都算ok(大概有五片左右,有啲都切得幾厚身)。雖然望落有啲肥,但食落唔肥膩,好腍好易咬。佢下面啲豆腐都幾好食。標價$130,但有七折,埋單$91,都算幾好,可以再食。 continue reading

下午落機,一心諗住食飽飽直接返去訓覺,見門外有下午茶餐介紹,就直接坐入去食。舖頭本身人已經吾多,但係坐底左好耐都無人攞餐牌過嚟。到我不過揮手示意至有人拎過泥。而個職員淨係比個正價餐牌俾我地,我係隔離枱拎左套餐餐牌叫,佢就話吾叫得架你吾係職員,然後收起個套餐餐牌。但係我見個套餐餐牌寫住職員七折,咁即係話街客應該都可以叫,只不過冇額外折扣姐。不過實在太攰啦,吾想同佢拗。最後兩個人,叫左碟例牌鵝片、菜心同撈麵。d野食凍凍地,味道好一般。最後埋單兩個人三百幾蚊。下午茶咋好無!d野又無新開張既時候咁好食、職員又吾老實,實在諗吾到一個理由返轉頭再幫襯😡😡😡 continue reading

爸媽出埠旅行,今日特登送佢哋去機場。 由於是搭長途機的關係,先同佢哋食啲嘢再上機。本來想去 T2 食 food court,但時間唔夠,只可以行到去食阿鴻。叫咗三樣嘢,分別係鹵水拼盤,海鮮炒麵同蔡瀾撈麵。拼盤本來想食雞腳筋,但賣曬,只好揀牛。 個豆腐就偏鹹,牛同墨魚就硬咗少少。過海鮮炒麵就係失敗之作,個芡汁成尺咁厚。 不過海鮮都算足料,有魚、蝦同貴妃蚌。 成個麵炸到脆卜卜。 我 expect 嘅炒麵係有鑊氣㗎。最後係蔡瀾撈麵。用得蔡 san 個名就即係有珠油啦。我唔知落咗幾多珠油,不過呢個無其他料嘅撈麵的確係好香嘅。食完很失望,因為完全食唔出有米芝蓮餐廳嘅水準。可能我叫錯餸吧。3樣嘢,埋單$286。 continue reading
