很久沒有寫食評。這店初開業時已經來過一次，那次服務和食物沒有令我留下深刻印象，以為初開業有待改善。隔了兩年再來午餐，真的不能不說失望，點了海鰻天婦羅，所有前菜味道普通到不能再普通，湯：好腥、主菜：南瓜和茄子各一小片，好大塊海鰻但好腥，飯是珍珠米但份量很少，我食完好快肚餓。食評仲信吾信得過？

我幾天前用這個開飯apps 訂位的 很方面 有電郵確認 還發了給朋友，想不到沒有收到電話確認，我朋友們到先 似乎也拿到位 很順利去到一起叫了廚師發板的定食 每道菜都介紹得很詳細 但現在記不起了朋友帶了一枝1.8清酒一起分享！我們還帶了蛋糕！廚師發板餐廳是我最新至愛 不過懷石料理是比較少見 所以一看到就急不及待問朋友有無興趣，幸好還有位，到了果然全部都是日本人，證明很正宗的日本料理整個餐份量剛剛好 吃完暖笠笠我最愛是拖羅 那個肥美的感覺一試難忘 很優質的魚生 鮮甜美味

Birthday lunch with colleagues and pick that new Japanese restaurant in central ! Located in Stanley street, it is convenient to reach there! it has indoor and outdoor! We sit outdoor this time! Quite refresh! More than 10 kinds of lunch set to choose with price ranges from $100-$250 each! I picked this! 3 mini dishes with rice so that can try different kinds of food! tuna is quite fresh! the BBQ beef is quite tender! Just a bit thin, if thicker then better BBQ eel with rice! Also good ! different kinds of side dishes! plus the green tea ice cream very full!

一定要食好d所以一見到呢間餐廳主打懷石料理就覺得一定要試一入到去就覺得個環境好舒服比想像中細，但多左份溫暖既感覺我地每人揀左980元一set既料理，總共八道菜每一道都非常細緻同用心特別係刺身同蠔，鮮甜，食完齒頰留香和牛雖然偏咸，但非常嫩食完壽司後，飲碗暖暖既湯更係令人更加暢快最後既甜品，距地會特意提前打電話詢問壽星既名(可惜我無聽到，要距地當場問)，距地會寫落甜品碟度，重會點蠟燭，非常有心思
