約了三個朋友一齊試試大官廳的品藝盛宴,晚餐菜單 HK$888一位,非常不錯!

走進餐廳酒吧到餐廳一樓,已看到牆上掛滿油畫作品,是全新的展覽由3月11日起至5月31日。展覽是本地藝術家朱麗晴Liane Chu的作品,展覽名為「她的感覺」。每幅作品也非常吸引,一邊品嚐晚膳,一邊欣賞藝術展覽,確實令人賞心悅目!

我覺得藝術不侷限於藝術展覽,能從美食中體驗藝術,值得推介!

Sweet and sour pork felt more like sweet and sour pineapple - where is the meat? Pineapple was tasty.

*Seating* - if you are tall you don’t have enough space to sit as the tables are too low.

Good things -> general decor was good and eggplant pork was very delicious.

The negatives far outweighs the positives and give a bad name to good local dining.

For this price go elsewhere unless you like cold food and slow inattentive staff.

As a bonus review - the waiter dropped dishes like they were trying to make music!

今次一個人去大官廳,餐廳有三層,因為冇book位,所以只可坐地下嗰層。呢層雖然係酒吧,但都算坐得舒服。我食量正常,勁鍾意飲湯,水湯唔少得!所以點咗個杏汁白肺湯,個湯有少少偏鹹,但個杏汁都幾濃,豬肺都幾爽口,算足料,!個蟹蓋都算啖啖肉,蟹肉又夠,同埋拆肉拆得仔細,我最驚有啲蟹殼或者蟹腳中間一條條好似膠嘅物體拆得唔乾淨,就會成啖浪費左,好彩無!炒飯夠熱幾香,又夠乾身整體嚟講食物 質素 都算唔錯!坐得舒服,會再食!

四樣前菜都挺好吃 我最喜歡的吃叉燒 肉質軟腍蜜汁味道剛好 而雞翼煙燻味不會很重 茶味恰到好處

My friends and I in a group of six came to Tycoon Tann for dinner in December. This was definitely the best winter seasonal menu we’ve ever experienced! We started with some appetizers including smoked poached eggs with caviar and cucumber with black garlic which was also impressive. The staff has recommended some of their new seasonal dishes available now till February so we give it a try and tried a couple of new seasonal dishes. seasonal dishes available now till February so we give it a try and tried a couple of new seasonal dishes. We’ve tried the Smoked Pigeon and we‘re amazed with the 30 years Puer Tea aroma and flavours. The spicy deep-fried crab 
claypot also blown us away with the rice flour rolls beneath, it just perfectly absorbs the flavours of the crab and 
spiciness. The dish we sure to recommend is the lamb brisket in claypot, the lamb is so tender. The staff also told us that they only use fresh mutton brisket from Dongshan Mountain and this dish really offers a generous amount of 
lamb that makes everyone happy! Last but not least we savour the claypot rice with preserved meat and Chinese 
sausages and its definitely the best thing in winter! The winter menu is totally impressive and we’re sure to
recommend Tycoon Tann with its ambiance, quality of food and service and it’s a very satisfying night for all of us!

燒味最愛吃叉燒,這裡的 蜜汁炭燒匈牙利攣毛豬叉燒 與別不同,用上罕有的匈牙利攣毛豬,肉質特別鬆軟,富蜜甜 ,細心的是上枱時繼續用小火保温,吃到最後一塊仍是温熱的,一級棒!

來到今晚主角,有時令的奄仔蟹,膏都是滿滿的,貪心的緣故,所以特別要求來一個一蟹兩食,一半 花雕蛋白蒸奄仔蟹,蛋白夾着花雕酒香,香淳誘人,伴着多膏飽滿的奄仔蟹,蟹肉鮮嫩又香甜,另一半則是 喜馬拉雅山岩鹽焗奄仔蟹,更能誘出蟹肉的鮮香,令人回味

今晚驚喜,必數 三十年普洱茶皇煙燻雞,用的是本地雞,先用滷汁來燜,最後再用珍稀的三十年普洱來燻,製成品就是極之入味,滿載普洱茶香,雞肉又嫩滑,回味至今!

最後我們留肚吃甜品,就是這個像月亮一樣的
🤩大煎堆!!
不但拍照一流,侍應還先給我們「剪綵」,讓爸媽先剪開這個「大月球」,然後侍應才幫我們分。
脆脆薄薄的煎堆,4個人吃不會太膩,也不會太甜,剛好!
