一看,已一清二楚了 不用多介紹,因為大家一看照片,便知道是什麼的了。 從來要多人吃它才會覺得滿足,幸運的是,我們是今天第一位客人點這甜品,看得出師傅十分落心機去做。 為何?外層黃金,烘焦的部分很少,十分均勻,吃下去鬆軟而且鬆化。內層蛋白糖部分好像改了配方,沒有之前那麼甜,而且好有層次感,外軟內泡泡的,一口一口吃到底脆部分,十分滿足,久不久再吃,難忘。 吃了這甜品,連之前吃過午餐的味道都忘記得一乾二淨了。

一直覺得到太平館吃飯很有玩味 一室的紅木裝修很有懷舊西洋味 連侍應生也比較老氣 但吃的卻是地道港式風味 服務也普遍有種街坊式的豪氣 當然,不是説豉油西餐就不好味 要説的話其實亦算是做得細膩 猶其羅宋湯是一向的重料香濃好滋味 但總有種格格不入的趣味 當中有其獨特的好風味 一直覺得太平館的焗飯很討喜,猶其葡汁香濃又很好味 大眾更推薦其牛脷,不愛純粹因本身不好這味,不如來個很腍的牛腩咖哩彷彿它拿了瑞士汁的專利,來太平館没點像是没有黎 牛河本身是没什麼驚喜,炒得算是不太膩必點的招牌巨型梳乎厘,其實質地...

全線太平館風格皆保留一點懷舊特色,用餐環境都算舒適。午市套餐七十餘元至九十元,在中環來說不算貴。餐包不熱,有點失望。羅宋湯很酸,基本上蓋過其餘菜香味道。主菜雞皇飯,白汁調味都算OK,雞粒亦算腍滑。除雞粒外,當中亦有雜椒及火腿,增添飯品食味。另外,飯底經炒底處理,效果當然比白飯理想。至於太平館瑞士汁炒牛河,牛河油膩度可以接受,牛肉腍身味道不俗,整體調味甜身,感覺上較溫文,少了點鍋氣。餐茶凍檸茶茶底味道比預期佳。[13/3/2015; Fri]

Simple is always good! Boiled salted ox-tongue, slow-cooked (boiled/simmered) until very tender, similar in flavor to beef brisket! Tasty and meaty!
