To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中環早上已經唔喺好多食市會開，想食個早餐其實都唔容易，好彩南記係小數開得早嘅餐廳，仿鮑片太陽蛋(有仿鮑片，春卷，大陽蛋，火腿同麵腸仔)加一杯熱奶茶，大大碗都只係$37,算係好抵食😋

好多香港人都中意食佢，最好食記係佢啲春卷同埋新豬肉片，（仲有佢個辣椒醬）都非常出色。李兩樣真係其他粉面鋪冇嘅野，亦都係最好食嘅兩樣嘢， 同埋佢都好多口味比客人揀，有清湯/麻辣/酸辣/仲有好多，不過我個人就最中意佢個酸辣，好多酸菜😋🏃♀️

今日午餐想食米線，所以近近地去南記，食完返公司做嘢。去櫃檯買餐後，攞餐自己搵位，建議多人時間 記得搵到位先好買麵。春卷牛腩蕃茄湯米線 ：雖然有一個蕃茄果肉，但湯底好味精，米線無咬口，太軟淋，唔知道係咪煮太耐或者一早煮好放係度。無論米線或是餸，份量都唔多，而且味道一般，食完無滿足感。之前在南記食過芫茜米線都唔錯，隔咗一排再來食質素下降了，很失望。另外價錢方面米線來講偏貴。

午飯時間見南記比較少人唔使等，就決定來試下。自己搵位既快餐，食完拿去收集車。四寶紫菜河/紫菜多，帶起咗成碗麵既美味。河粉份量一般，大食少少都會唔夠飽。丸類普通整體一般般，略為普通，下次未必會再食。

南記原來有超多間分店，唔入去都唔知tim! 我見補qrcode 可以點餐原來只可以叫外賣so9sad, 呃咗我入去tim😆因為懶所以見到貼住挺仔粉餐就是但叫咗，拎餐時都幾麻煩，收銀就咁比魚皮+shake shake 粉+shake shake 紙袋+2張單我，2隻手滿晒行去取餐處擺抵。啲粉硬化一舊，我要求換阿姐仲話我倒落去就shake 到...我係咁fing 佢睇先換俾我🥺自啲湯好淺色我要求加色又唔俾，只可以叫牛腩嘅先可以加啵🤷♀️果然個粉超淡味🤣 主角失色，配角魚皮超好食好脆，連跟餐嘅芒果鐵觀音都好好飲， 早知剩買呢2樣就夠啦😏
