Pastries from Ms B's Cakery are always elegant and artsy. Every time I place an order, it never fails me and my friends!!!!!I've ordered cakes from other large chain bakeries, and it is true that their cakes are really cheap. However, as a perfectionist, I can't stand it when the look of the cake is not flawless, as it is shown in the picture. Ms B's cakes are almost exactly the same as it is shown on their website!Food: ****/***** (this is a 18+ cake, and my alcoholic friend loves it! to me it is not too sweet, the cream is smooth, and the cake is moist and soft)Service: ****/***** (pleasant staff!)Interior: ****/***** (love their interior theme colour. cool but elegant)

今日去上環諗住搵手制朱古力店,見到街中間有間想試但未行動嘅貴價餅店,見心情唔錯入左去買左幾件餅仔,外觀真係幾吸引😍食落唔算甜感覺都幾好,唔錯唔錯☺ 下次會唔會再試下佢嘅蛋糕,不過價係有些少貴,但一次半次無所謂啦🐽左一啖手制朱古力,右一口港女蛋糕 配搭真係幾好😁

在miss B cakery訂母親節蛋糕經驗很不好。職員亦不老實，明明訂了千多元的蛋糕，在網上弄好交易，各方面交易已無問題。但，後來職員卻打電話來說送貨車不能按時送來，我們便覺得很奇怪！於是跟職員再談，結果職員再次來電的時候，又變了，第二個版本原來其實不關送貨車的事，原來是師傅做不了，嫌麻煩！！！那就很奇怪了，首先職員講大話在頭，雖我不想說她是大話精。但很明顯她是在找藉口推卸責任。一間這樣的餅店，定位不是便宜貨，但若也這樣沒有誠信， 感覺非常之恐怖簡直丟盡香港人的假。結論：店方明明在網上推出了這樣的蛋糕，但結果人力資源各方面又不配合，就不如一開始不要在網上推出更加好。否則的話客人訂了，卻原來現在有師傅嫌麻煩，結果沒有人力去做，那樣便是誠信有問題了。

上個星期辭職了，有個客好好特登買左港女最愛既Ms B taster size cakes上黎請tea，一見到全部女同事都心心眼😍☝🏽包裝好靚啊全部紙盒上，外面仲包左signature既黑白間條絲帶，高貴得黎好in☝🏽最得我心既檸檬味cake每款cake上面都有一朵小花，外表100分既然賣咁貴，梗係唔只得個樣啦味道都係100分啊！🍋味好fresh！海綿蛋糕中間有檸檬味cream，口感幼滑！最底係曲奇餅底，好脆！同個cake有鮮明對比☝🏽其他兩款我都無食到，粉紅色呢款造型好似櫻花🌸，其實係石榴味！好驚喜！第一次聽有蛋糕係石榴味，同事都話好特別，唔會太甜，都係比較清新既口感！另外一款紅色應該係草莓🍓味呢個就比較大眾口味

想食ms b好耐，但一直都未有機會，所以決定係男朋友生日試下。一早上網訂左better than sex朱古力蛋糕，揀左係金鐘太古廣場C’est La B拎。當日我去到既時候，店員發現冇我個蛋糕，我真係心都離一離。好彩最後經過店員們一番既努力，打左無數個電話，係中環分店搵到一個比我，問我想自己去中環拎定佢地搵人送泥。因為時間關係，我決定自己去拎，店員都好好，願意即刻幫我寫生日牌，唔滿意仲幫你重新再寫過。有驚無險，最後我同男朋友都食到呢個蛋糕，朱古力味好濃，蛋糕好靚，仲有另跟一杯榛子醬，食既時候可以淋上去，好特別。希望以後d order再準確d會更好。
