吃完午餐後在中環行街,行了不久又想食野,想食些甜品,又唔想太heavy.一路行便看到這個掛有大霓虹光管的「來佬餐廳」,立即想起佢嘅梳乎厘,之前有次夜晚想食都食唔到,因為夜晚太夜,西廚收咗工,今日終於食到。下午茶鐘數食客不多,不用等位便入到去,這間餐廳是走懷舊香港式西餐路線,有很多地道香港食品。今次我只叫了梳乎厘和飲品做下午茶,梳乎厘應該是即叫即製的,製作需時,都等了大概二十分鐘,冇令我失望,份量頗大,兩個人分享剛好,梳乎厘鬆軟可口,又唔會很甜,不過唔知點解食到很多鹽味,少一些會更好。 continue reading

復活節假期相約好姊妹在山頂野餐後,行落到中環唔知想食咩,行下行下發現到有間外觀唔錯掛住大大個招牌既「老佬餐廳」咁就入左去試試!餐廳環境整潔,職員主動有禮貌由於太肚餓所以叫左好多款菜式:推介:黑毛豬焗飯非常好食,豬扒鬆軟夠味梅菜豬手飯入口即溶,不過食太多有點肥膩來佬汁炒河和雞翼食唔到有味道冇驚喜,海南雞飯就滑溜溜,椒鹽鮮魷野味但唔夠脆口!臨走時職員送了復活蛋俾小朋友,總算是個令人坐得舒服又滿意既餐廳! continue reading

第一次黎呢間來佬餐廳,入到去環境算唔錯,職員服務態度良好,仲同我地介紹佢地新推出既齋菜系列。我同朋友二人心諗呢排巴西肉咁hit,一於就點左佢地既素豬扒飯同素乾炒牛河。大概5-10分鐘食物就到,豬扒飯食落同真肉都幾似,尤其個蕃茄汁好好味,焗得亦幾好,而個牛河職員就話用甜豉油代替原本既肉汁,味道不錯,d素牛肉都ok!份量適中,lunch跟咖啡或茶,埋單大概一人一百蚊,中環lunch算係咁啦。期待下次試吓佢地其他非齋菜式,好玩在佢地有真肉豬扒飯同牛河,想比較吓,可以覆桌!😁 continue reading

看著屏幕良久,不懂怎麼評論。說好絕對不是,說差又不至於。相對在馬路對面的翠華,這裡的價格算是家比高級茶餐廳價更高的餐廳。這裡做的確實是豉油西餐的菜,但我怎麼找怎麼吃,菜裡都吃不出半點豉油西餐的靈魂。如果只站在味道的角度,絕對值一個負評,詳情可看圖片之描述。要是不談味道,這地段、這服務、這環境、這價格,又不至於這麼差勁。非黑即白,食物不好吃,其它還可以就是總結。豉油西餐,還是只有那家老字號能去。待者說每度菜都需要二十分鐘的準備時間,個人最專重這提醒服務,更專重廚師能即時烹調的心意。但想想,當你等待了一段時間,人自然有一種期待,食物質素出現落差時,是最不好受的。豉油雞翼只有兩個要求,汁味道對雞翼入味嫩滑。上桌時看到雞翼有點呈白色時就知道不會對勁。雞翼是滑的,可味道只有表面。豉油西餐做不好這道菜是致命的。田螺沒什麼好評,急凍貨色,味道死咸為總結 continue reading

中西合璧嘅lunch set永遠都令我三心兩意,唔知揀邊樣好⋯所以最好都係叫多啲人一齊嚟,就咩都可以叫哂嚟試啦!安格斯牛肉漢堡配薯菜$128,漢堡賣相討好,麵包夠新鮮同漢堡飽滿有厚度。漢堡juicy,有牛肉味,配上即炸薯條同沙律菜,唔錯!香煎鯛魚伴串燒牛柳$138,份量好足,鯛魚柳厚第啖啖肉,醬汁惹味,牛柳很腍,沒有燒得過熟自選點心3款每款兩件配梅菜肉餅蒸飯$128。黑松露上素餃,松露味突出,皮薄,有滿滿的什菌餡料。燒賣和蝦餃真材實料,豬肉爽口,蝦肉彈牙。梅菜扣肉飯,很大盎,肉餅很厚調味不算濃。來佬午市價格偏貴,但食物質素有保證,約埋friend或同事來個happy Friday lunch 都係個唔錯嘅選擇 continue reading
