今個月既天氣真係好熱,熱到LUNCH都唔多食得落飯。聽朋友講話INDOCHINE有新既NOODLES SETS,天氣咁熱,食下湯粉面都好,於是決定同同事去試下。因為本身鐘意食海鮮,所以簡左個炸銀鱈魚柳湯金邊粉SET。前菜有木瓜芒果沙律,木瓜爽口,魚露汁酸酸甜甜,十分醒胃 ; 金邊粉賣相吸引,餐廳經理好細心咁把雞湯慢慢倒入大湯碗內,雞湯鮮甜唔過咸,明顯唔係味精湯,讚! 銀鱈魚份量足而肉嫩,金邊粉食落亦很有口感,食到最尾都冇因為浸湯太耐而變稔。朋友點左安格斯牛肉湯河,大家最後都食到連湯都飲埋 我同朋友都話下星期要再ENCORE,哈哈 continue reading

來到最後一站,老實說對這種高檔越南菜不是特別喜愛,把越南菜做成精美的tapas總是感覺怪怪的… 但這店最令我印象深刻的是,這兒的食物是事先準備好的,人客點菜後直接在你面前把食物放到碟上,然後帶回位上進食…是廚房裝修中嗎?Anyway,把最後的token全都用了在這兒,點了沙爹雞串x2,龍蝦芒果米紙卷配紅白酒共3杯。(Chicken Satay, Rice Paper Roll with Lobster & Mango, Echeverria Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2008, Fox Brook Chardonnay 2010) 雞串的肉很嫩,沙爹醬也夠惹味,那米紙卷內的龍蝦肉跟鮮甜的芒果配合起來就像沙律般清新,加上米紙外層替它加添了一份清脆口感。其實這店的裝潢不錯,房間還蠻有格調的,而且食物也合格,只是奇怪的招呼令我有點不能理解… 一天內看盡多間店不同的服務方式,雖說A Taste of LKF是個試食event,以這樣的價錢又小吃又紅/白酒,相信參與的店家也是志宣傳,用心招呼和食物有水準的那幾間我已bookmark,有機會就來個encore!其他為做而做的,已因此跌出我心中餐廳之列,店家們,下次參加前請考慮清楚,你是想賺人氣,還是想倒自己米。 continue reading

一上到那個店,第一個問題,為什麼沒有準備位子給我們坐?真沒有想到,會有這樣準備的一個店!安排這些活動但不安排我們坐下慢慢試,最後留了15分鐘就走了!留得最短就是這裡了吧!這兒吃的是雞串燒龍蝦芒果米紙卷,再加上紅白酒各一杯,白酒味道還可以的,雞串燒加上沙爹醬,那個沙爹醬很稀,也很不好吃,龍蝦芒果米紙卷味道是可以的,不過算不上出色!真可惜!某程度上,這些活動都是想為店增加人氣,但這個店食物不算好,安排又不大體,再試機會實在不高 continue reading

First time to this place for a birthday dinner for my overseas colleague. We didn't know what to order so I asked for recommendations. We ordered fried prawns, satay for starters and one cod fish and fried beef for main. The food is amazingly delicious. The waiter is very friendly and caring. We all had a good time here. The only thing they need to improve is to serve grappa in a proper glasses. continue reading

CEO等老世從外國來到,想食越南菜,故找了這間,可顺便在樓下飲啤酒.菜式比較西化的越南菜,不管蝦,蟹,鱼,春卷,牛都很西方法,干淨,油都唔多滴.春卷上枱時有點不夠熱,分到我碟(只有三人)己不熱了.蒸鱼本人不大喜歡,但老世說好;個人還是只喜港式蒸鱼牛肉烤得太乾,油亦不夠,但味ok當晚週末人多,full house.座位也不算寬敝(以价錢來說)services算好,基本上一些菜都同我地分上碟,但換碟就遲鈍,要開聲叫才換.最搞笑是,個waiter拿了红酒俾老世試,老世試完不喜歡要換,他竟說不能換.老世不高興:then why you let me to try? 我也同意,枝酒成千蚊枝,試完吾得竟冇得換?那叫我地試黎做乜?後來有個senior manager出黎沙箖,話可以換,结果換了枝仲貴的.單是老世埋,好似都過三千. continue reading
