Hi Tea set for two: The set arrived beautifully presented, featuring an assortment of savory and sweet delights. From delicate finger sandwiches filled with cucumber and smoked salmon to delectable scones served with clotted cream and jam, every bite was a symphony of flavors. The pastries, adorned with fresh berries and cream, added a touch of elegance to the experience. 今日去咗文華酒店Cafe Causette慶祝朋友生日,剛好出咗一個季節性嘅龍蝦二人餐,有湯有前菜及主菜仲有個甜品,只需$800左右未計+1 ,龍蝦Grill 得好爽很有鮮味,人多梗係嗌其他嘢食吓啦,仲叫咗牛柳middle 熟、好有牛味,簡直係冇牙都食得,仲有咖喱軟殼蟹,啲軟殼蟹炸完再加咖喱汁簡直絕配,Grill 三文魚薯條,我覺三成熟就足夠了,整體嚟講大家都食得好開心好滿意,最緊要生日嗰個開心就已經足夠。

生日去了文華東方酒店食afternoon tea順道同朋友聚舊地方唔算好大但都坐得鬆動,唔會位同位之間坐得好密,方便傾計聚餐。三文治中規中矩,唔會好驚喜但都唔會難食。可能因為臨近聖誕節,甜食方面大部分選材都係乾果類(提子乾紅莓乾等),有一半以上嘅甜點都係有紅莓乾,略嫌比例過重,變化較少。沒有加入乾果類嘅甜點都係mouse及榛子味為主,甜度偏強。最底層有一個貌似特濃朱古力蛋糕,其實是肉桂蛋糕,濃厚嘅肉桂味,唔喜歡食肉桂嘅朋友要小心哦。整體甜點質素普通,甜度比較偏重。眼見好多其他檯嘅客人都食唔晒打包走。職員都好樂意幫手打包。不得不提經理嘅服務態度好好👍🏻

我就是想帶老人家試試不同的餐廳,今天家姐生日,知道她喜歡吃牛扒,專程帶媽媽、家姐及姐夫(三位長者)到這餐廳,牛扒仍然係維持高水準的炭燒牛扒,但我對這間餐廳的印象就大打折扣!原因有兩點:1. 老人家食量不大,我一坐低點了一個Pizza,一個銀鱈魚及一份牛扒,打算開心分享,然後留肚四人分享一個一磅的朱古力蛋糕,但職員馬上說要一人點一份主菜,如果有這樣的要求,為何我訂位時不跟我說呢?我回應說我上次與老公、亞仔和朋友來也只是點了三個items,亦冇人同我講咁樣唔得,所以她不情願地說今次也俾我咁樣!我心諗我都比咗好似$2000的入會費,可以免費享用生日蛋糕及香檳,現在是否要講多謝佢恩准我只點三個主菜😅2. 上次喺文華廳及文華扒房職員說我有CENTRAL會籍,我什麼也沒有說都奉上Wellcome drinks👍 今次職員說是需要係Fans of M.O . 才有,我回答說我當然係會員啦,我住過好多次文華酒店,所以有late checkout,他需要我出示會員證號碼,並說每一位會員只有一杯,冇所謂,我打算比媽媽試吓,我真的需要入email show 返會員證俾佢睇,一間五星級酒店贈送一杯小飲品都要客人這樣做感覺當然不好,最後佢都自動送上小四杯,要感恩吧🤣其實我已數次幫襯過這餐廳,唔覺得服務有問題,今次帶長者去真係大開眼界!又或者下次我要叫長者盛裝出席才能得到禮遇,我的感覺就是如此,不吐不快😊
