無辦法,真係唔想,今次我又係要自私食😂。今日係銅鑼灣做嘢做到下午2點🕑,搞唔掂,要去醫下肚先😪。銅鑼灣嗰邊嘅同事介紹我去食漁獲浜燒。浜燒?意思係指海鮮在岸邊🌊即捕即燒🔥,咁真係有啲興趣喎😍,所以就決定一個人去。點解一個人😂?鬼叫銅鑼灣嘅同事全部都係仔咩🫠。餐廳所有海鮮都係日本🇯🇵新鮮運到,喺烹煮之前,都會俾食客望下新鮮嘅原材料🥰,然後就會喺隔離即燒🔥,保證新鮮😋。講返個午市套餐,分開🅰️part 和 🅱️ part,🅰️係浜燒,🅱️係丼飯,🆎️每part選擇1️⃣款為之一個set,每款價錢都唔同,而家做緊第2️⃣set有半價,可惜我得一個人🥲。午市套餐先嚟3️⃣個前菜,包括沙律🥗、黑松露玉子燒🍳和麵豉湯🍵,值得一讚係黑松露玉子燒,黑松露🍄味濃,玉子夠滑😋。🅰️ 香草牛油帆立貝 $ 68正如我頭先所講,睇完海鮮之後會係隔離即燒,師傅👨‍🍳功架十足,帆立貝燒啱啱好,有陣陣焦香味但肉質保鮮嫩爽滑🥰,十分鮮甜🤤。🅱️ 日本和牛薄燒丼 $158和牛🐃牛味濃郁,薄燒後逼出油香後更覺油脂豐富🥰,薄片和牛今次唔係包住金菇,而係芽菜及韭菜,感覺更能解膩😋。個丼飯🍚吸收哂啲油香味,好味到一啖接一啖,好食到完全停唔到口🤤。店員可能見我食到如狼似虎😂,就問我係咪唔夠食,推介我食過季節限定嘅石煮鍋糸列🫢。石煮火焰花螺鍋 $98店員呈上一個熱辣辣嘅鍋🔥,之後點火🔥,再焗大約6️⃣~8️⃣分鐘,呢種食法我真係試都未試過,出嚟效果鮮香,滑嫩冇腥味😍,加上個鍋入面放咗石頭🪨,保持溫度,食到最後都仲係熱辣辣😍。蒜片煎厚切牛舌 $108冇錯,欲罷不能,無辦法啦?!鬼叫餐廳而家單點食物有正價7️⃣折優惠,冇理由唔叫多碟牛舌😂,牛舌芯👅夠厚而且一啲都唔韌🥰,不但充滿彈性而且軟嫩多汁😋,油脂又豐富,啖啖肉得嚟無根又無渣😍。食完超大滿足,呢個就係一個人的浪漫🤭,愉愉快快咁過咗1️⃣個鐘,又要回歸公司繼續做嘢,又要面對一大班男同事... continue reading

位於銅鑼灣軒尼詩道525號澳門逸園中心18樓的漁獲浜燒,主打精緻日本菜及時令海鮮。。筆者大約在晚上七時到達,陸陸續續有預先訂枱的食客到達,和三五知己小酌。星期二晚上,入座率約有七至八成,這餐廳頗為旺場。如果還未決定到想吃的菜式,可以向店員查詢。男店長對菜式和食材的認識頗為淵博,能夠給予不少有用的提議。。另外,有不少菜式也是時令菜,每天也略有不同,可以向店員查詢一下。。📌松葉蟹肉沙律 - $25(Crab Meat Salad)松葉蟹肉頗多,覆蓋了大半個表面。沙律菜質感爽脆,切得大小適中,可優雅地一口吃掉,食相不會狼狽。沙律加了少許柚子醋,令整體感覺更為清新開胃。。📌小池魚兩吃(刺身,炸魚頭) - $128池魚刺身的肉質爽脆又鮮甜,可見池魚來貨相當新鮮。刺身約有十多件,適合二至三人分享。吃畢刺身,店員便會將魚頭和魚尾製作成另一道菜式了。。~炸池魚骨魚頭切成兩半,炸得通透,開脆可口。脆漿厚薄適中,可見料理師傅的廚藝頗為精湛。這道菜式約有五件炸物,適合一邊享用,一邊小酌清酒。。筆者今次則點了三款海鮮的浜燒:鮑魚、馬刀貝及貴妃蚌。「浜燒」的意思即最在海邊即釣即燒,品嚐各種新鮮海鮮的鮮味。店員同時會奉上三款醬汁:左面為微甜的海鮮醬,中間為鮑魚浜燒專用的柚子胡椒;右邊為味噌七味辣醬。筆者建議先直接享用海鮮,品嚐海鮮的原味,之後再點少許調味,感受當中的變化。。📌貴妃蚌浜燒 - $58Short-necked clam Hamayaki貴妃蚌肉質頗為飽滿,海水味濃厚,仿如在大海中暢泳。。📌鮑魚浜燒 - $98Abalone Hamayaki鮑魚的邊邊烤得微脆,炭燒味頗為出眾。柚子胡椒能吊起鮑魚的甜味。。📌香草牛油馬刀貝 - $88(Razor Clam Grilled with Herb Butter)香草牛油味道頗為突出,令馬刀貝味道更為甜口。而且,師傅細心地將馬刀貝起肉,貝肉不會黏殼,吃起來更為方便。。📌香煎蒜片厚切牛舌 - $108(Grilled Ox Tongue with Garlic Slices)這道菜式是筆者的最愛,牛舌芯煎得十分香口,而且牛舌芯入口無渣,厚薄切得剛剛好,能夠滿足地品嚐牛舌芯,又不會太大塊而吃得狼狽。。牛舌芯表面撒了少許黑胡椒碎,令整道菜式層次感更會豐富。筆者強烈建議牛舌和蒜片一同享用,牛舌壯男和蒜片淑女仿如在食客的舌頭上翩翩跳起華爾滋,兩款食材相當合襯。。📌生燒鰻魚(白鱔)飯 - $178Grilled Fresh Eel with Rice口感軟糯的珍珠米,配上肉質飽滿的白鱔,吃起來十分滿足,幸福感滿滿。白鱔外面燒得微脆,裡面肉質爽口彈牙。料理師傅還特別奉上了開胃的醋漬蓮藕薄片。。📌蔥呑拿魚腩蓉手卷 - $98(Chopper Futty Tuna Hand Roll)呑拿魚腩蓉肥美又可口,而且拖羅份量頗為豪爽,筆者吃得相當享受。當中還加了切得細碎的蔥粒,令整個手卷的感覺更為平衡清新。。📌菠蘿雪葩 - $98(Pineapple Sorbet)侍應將原個迷你菠蘿上桌了,菠蘿雪葩的造型小巧可愛,賣相頗為精緻。菠蘿雪葩的味道清新香甜,能嚐到絲絲菠蘿肉,而且份量足夠兩位女生享用。 continue reading

見呢間浜燒夜晚都唔平,而且搵唔到咁多飯腳既我決定都係lunch 黎獨食一下。A(燒海鮮1件)+B(main)加埋一齊計一set, 第二set有半價但一個人食唔到咁多不過A既海鮮另外單點都有7折,所以豪一豪要左三件侍應無啦啦攞盤野俾我睇,先知原來佢會show下一陣燒俾你食既食材,真係好新鮮同埋好!乾!淨!(有洗開海鮮既朋友會知,d腸同邊邊位既內臟都清得好乾淨)然後佢就會係隔離燒,大部分都係butter +herb, 可以先原味食再點佢既miso (小辣)/ 柚子鹽/甜燒醬,隻隻都好match!馬刀貝好大隻,蟶子皇黎講真係好甜、高溫燒到岩岩好 鎖住肉汁又爽口,很推薦btw 前菜既小卷物係熟三文魚沙律飯卷,估唔到都好食 ,仲有去日本會去超市掃既三色芝麻(梅子味同海苔味),魔鬼在細節呢!Scallop 當然都正,白色肉係介乎生同熟之間,膏就岩岩好熟咁超嫩同鮮甜榮螺係以昆布湯煮形式上,好清淡既味,螺肉彈牙,但湯好淡所以無飲到,同前面既浜燒比,會想燒既多d🥹主菜本來無乜期望,但反而係最有驚喜的!薄薄既燒和牛已經好重牛味,油香十足,中間唔係金菇 而係芽菜同少少韮菜,好爽脆又多汁,呢個combo非常好!飯夠香同飽滿,完全吸收晒牛油同芽菜爆出黎既汁(我仲將食完既scallop 牛油汁倒埋入去一齊食)lunch time 經理仲送左甜品,係造型好靚既lemon sorbet ,冰好細滑,酸甜味好balanced…感動。希望下次搵到飯腳一齊share, highly recommended 👍🏼 continue reading
