知道這間順德酒家已一段日子,皆因以前有位長輩時不時到這裡吃午茶呢!今次第一次到順德漁鮮酒家吃午飯👉一上菜是很滿滿的煎爙三宝,我感到很滿足!跟著還有一大碟芥蘭菜👉我很喜欢。還有大大碟唐生菜胆雞,那碟鳝也很正,味道非常好呢!蝦餃及鲮鱼球不錯;吃完還(打包)走噢!👍😋

如果你有去過鳳城酒家就會知道正宗灌湯餃係唔應該係湯入面上菜。
咁樣上係因為避免顧客見到灌湯餃破皮漏汁


宜家正正就係呢個case,一拎起就發現其實皮同餡分離,唔講以為人地洗手水入面放左紙巾浸係到。🙂
記得都唔平,三十幾蚊好似淨係食一塊餃子皮。😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂巨伏

第二次光顧,還記得第一次來的時候非常欣喜,因為我特愛炸物,而恰巧這裡的招牌就是煎釀拼盤。由於人數不多,只可叫藕餅,個人認為是拼盤中最為出色!每一塊都均一,顯出功架。但略嫌魚肉跟連藕的比例參差,較沒爽脆的口感。店員推介了霸王雞,值得一試。誰不知雞味不濃,肉質不滑。不過配料也充足,可能是時令不合。店員非常熱情,介紹了店內有名的河鮮,可惜我們只有3位,吃不下整條魚。另外試了豉油王蝦,醬汁不夠乾身,蝦也炸不到脆的感覺,吃到濕濕淋淋的感覺。而且蝦不算很新鮮。以及叫了一個魚骨例湯,出奇地讚好!除了味道偏濃,湯能滾出奶白色,中和吃下一口的油膩。如果一大群人來吃,相信氣氛也會熱鬧起來,雖有進步空間,但認為店員的態度、順德菜的名號,也會吸引不少人的。

誰不知雞味不濃,肉質不滑。

不過配料也充足,可能是時令不合。



店員非常熱情,介紹了店內有名的河鮮,可惜我們只有3位,吃不下整條魚。

另外試了豉油王蝦,醬汁不夠乾身,蝦也炸不到脆的感覺,吃到濕濕淋淋的感覺。而且蝦不算很新鮮。


以及叫了一個魚骨例湯,出奇地讚好!
除了味道偏濃,湯能滾出奶白色,中和吃下一口的油膩。


如果一大群人來吃,相信氣氛也會熱鬧起來,雖有進步空間,但認為店員的態度、順德菜的名號,也會吸引不少人的。

香港的海鮮全世界都聞名,可是河鮮同樣出色。這裡的老火例湯,料足、湯濃,對於不常在家煲湯的上班族來說,非試不可呀。魽魚火腩蒜子煲,我喜歡魽魚肉甜,魚刺少,與豬腩肉一起煲,非常可口。魚崧,吃得出胡椒粉和陳皮的甘香。和秋葵炒,頓覺健康,少了油膩。鯪魚肉煎釀藕餅,看似簡單,卻費時考功夫。這裡的是恰到好處,若是能再少一點油,就很完美了。

約左親戚係銅鑼灣飲茶,選擇太多,都唔知去邊間,最後揀左呢間老字號,但好攪笑,大家都唔係好想叫點心食,於是叫左啲小炒,點知佢個蓮藕餅拼盆成座小山丘咁多,件件蓮藕餅同埋煎釀三寶又大又香,最好就係食嘅時候仲係熱騰騰,非常好味過隱,仲有佢嘅豆苗,好新鮮好嫩,絕對冇油淋淋咁,而且份量絕不欺場,大大碟上抬比你,真係估唔到今次冇點心食嘅飲茶會有出人意料嘅美味驚喜,當然,話左係老字號,呢度嘅裝修都係舊款中式茶樓咁,但我又冇乜特別意見,反而覺得最緊要係啲食物要好味道就好了。

今午終於去左食我至愛之一⋯⋯順德藕餅拼盆,有我至愛煎藕餅,大大件鯪魚肉混埋年藕碎,好有口感,第二愛係蜆芥炸鯪魚球,夠彈牙,有啲煙煙銀銀,似我兒時向街邊食走鬼檔嘅炸魚蛋,個蜆芥醬有幾粒大大粒蜆芥肉👍🏼,其次係尖咀椒、釀豆腐、釀青椒及釀茄子,$128超大碟,好抵食;今午仲叫左上湯豆苗及蒜子火腩大鱔㷛,個豆苗都大碟又好食,可惜個大鱔㷛就麻麻地,鱔唔多,配菜嘅茄子佔左個㷛三分一,味道都淡,下次可以叫另外一樣㷛;四個大人只叫一個白飯,因為大大碗,加埋D餸大大碟,食到個個肚大大😄。

叫咗2個餸,薑蔥魚腩煲同堆涼瓜排骨煲,食落好似幾好味,但係食完行出門口就開始口渴卒之要食可樂解毒。師傅落得重手,又或者係我倆食唔慣?2個餸,二百一十蚊,低唔低就見仁見智,但係食到一肚味噌就真係唔低。
