To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於食到推廣的日本蠔,但都係得返最細果款大分縣大入島牡蠣。會係客人面前噴香水咁,散發出陣陣香味,好grand。但冇描述啲玫瑰荔枝迷逸香,反而有小小苦同酒香味。刺身7點盛就無咗之前的原條魚,轉咗鮑魚,好似無咁抵,但都新鮮。另外點了2隻赤貝,爽。燒牛舌XXX,最後一次QUOTA已經用埋,食橡膠!海鮮茶碗蒸就有一隻蝦同一隻帶子,咁多囉,味道一般。最正常保持到水平的是皮包雪糕。個冷氣勁到傻。最後收錢阿姐攪唔掂無入個會員。 continue reading
