每逢有朋友生日或者朋友聚會一定會來呢度食晏,一年會嚟3、4次,平均$300一位,價錢唔算大眾化,但食物質素和份量絕對超值。個人喜歡吃三色飯(海膽、三文魚子和吞拿魚腩),魚生鋪滿飯面,海膽成隻手指公咁大,三文魚子佔咗飯面四份之一,每次食完都好滿足。今日請朋友食生日飯就嚟咗呢度食,地方開始變得殘舊,諗住食物質素好所以都冇所謂。今次都係點三色飯,海膽由手指公size變成指甲一樣大,味道似$88一板D海膽,重要用5大片青瓜氈底,魚子都一樣,我將所以「下欄嘢」夾走哂就放滿咗成個小碗。價錢冇變但食物質素大跌九成..... 慨嘆在香港做生意艱難,又失去了一個食日本菜的好地方。 continue reading

今晚去了一間在銅鑼灣已經開業了三年的日本餐,品嚐一下久違了的沖繩料理。餐廳設計簡單時尚,充滿了和風。自己最喜歡就是一個中央的大型日式開放吧台式廚房、可以直接見到師傅做菜之餘又可以聞到被備長炭燒烤食物的香味!餐牌內有不同種類的沖繩菜、食材當然唔少得花生豆腐、沖繩Agu豬、海葡萄、苦瓜等!餐廳經理強調餐廳所有白米都是復日本進口及使用。在吧台上放上了一個竹籃、裡面盛載了當天的「荀鮮」推介。座下來後、服務員就會把整個海鮮竹籃搬到枱前、向我們逐一推介。今晚當然點了一條與「喜知次」同等級數又比較小見的「喉黑魚 のどくろ」。雖然沒有價錢、但相信價錢並不便宜。喉黑魚活在較冷的海域、所以油脂比較多,最後決定了一魚兩食、刺身及鹽燒!首先食了沖繩名物,花生豆腐。豆腐煙煙勒勒,入口時有濃郁花生及豆味。刺身做法是把魚的外皮以火輕炙、外皮泛著魚油香味,魚肉白滑、入口肉質細嫩偏腍並且油份極重及非常鮮味,不用點醬油已經好好鮮甜,價錢雖然稍貴,也不無道理。以沖繩苦瓜入饌的炒豚肉當然要試、沖繩苦瓜顔色呈深綠、外皮凹凸、苦瓜味道有輕微澀口。蛋帶有小小甜又夠滑、豬肉是薄切、入口卻鮮𣙙。其實最好食就是豆腐卜!豆腐卜吸收了豬肉味、苦瓜味、蛋汁味道再加上豆腐卜本身味道、混合在一起、入口汁液在口腔四濺又有小小嚼口、超正!鹽燒喉黑魚、用鹽燒烤出來的魚明顯更為多汁鮮嫩,肉還嫩得流汁、皮卻灸的又脆又香,師傅燒烤的手工真是不錯,入口肥美又不腥、如果配合酸醋一齊食用、更加好味道、感覺除了滿足開心、已經找不到形容詞了。餐廳經理推介我們食金山寺味噌鲍魚釜鍋飯。自己都幾鐘意食日本米,突別是釜鍋飯。金山寺味噌全人手古法工製作,可能是放在木桶裡,透過長時間的發酵而完成,吃時很有嚼勁,味道甜中帶辣。珍珠米煮到起了小小膠又有嚼口,混合了鮮鮑魚的鮮味、即時在口腔內徘徊。餐廳走高格路線,空間感足夠,好舒服。服務到位。 continue reading

Okinawa Dining BRIDGES 位於Cubus, 環境舒適,裝潢充滿日本風,富有特色。這裡的午市定食種類繁多,有刺身,特選壽司,燒魚,火鍋等等,每樣都很吸引,真的很難選擇呢!極上刺身定食用料上剩,包括當造的魚類與貝類,皆由日本直送,非常豐富。另一道是和牛shabu shabu。湯頭清甜,和牛入口即溶,富有濃濃的牛脂味,再配以清淡爽脆的蔬菜,是完美的配搭。Okinawa Dining BRIDGES環境舒適,服務周到,用料上剩。在這裡享用了一頓滿意的午餐。推介! continue reading

今日同事生日,經朋友介紹一行七人就去咗開平道cubus大廈6樓BRIDGES 食飯,一行進餐廳場內唔算好多人,我記憶中大約有五至六張檯吧,服務員都幾親切帶咗我哋七人去坐房,哇....正,一坐低就比我一個三款式前菜,就幾精致。跟住有個服務員就拎住成當季鮮魚為我哋推介啦,都有好多款式,都好吸引Ga😍😍因為當晚有老板請食飯所以我便狠狠地食一餐🙊!經過商量同服務員推薦之下我們點了一條季節嘅魚,魚很肥美,服務員就建議我們可以將條魚做一刺身一半做鹽燒,一物兩食👍,之後我們再叫咗個廚師推介刺身七種同其他熟食,刺身七點就由師傅安排了!大概等咗刺身終於到了,😍都好豐富有鮮ToRo、深海池魚、鮑魚、象拔蚌同一種魚(名字真的忘記了😅)魚生好新鮮,對於喜愛食日本料理嘅人食魚生都唔會陌生,魚生新唔新鮮一放入口便有分曉😋,仲有當晚仲嘗了海鮮茶壺湯,味道很清甜濃厚做得十分好!我朋友就勁贊沖繩和牛石燒,一上枱已經好壮觀,之後再淋D酒,就見到有火花,跟住就聞到好濃香Ge和牛味,聞到已經好想食了,一入口口感好正,好香好嫩! continue reading

今日同幾位朋友去銅鑼灣食lunch, 搵到一幢叫cubus嘅大廈係開平道嘅,未去之前都知道呢幢大廈有好多食店,都知道呢度嘅消費一啲都唔平😓,但係今日老友聚會就豁出去啦,於是我地幾個就揀咗6樓嘅BRIDGES, 一入到間餐廳,嘩😨原來都好full,今次大鍋鳥...😱,我哋唯有同店員講我哋無訂位嘅,店員姐姐同我地講話要等等因為有張枱而家埋緊單,我哋趁呢個時候睇睇個menu先,(等佐10分鐘到)午市套餐價錢大概$250到,因為時間嘅關係我已經諗到食D咩😎,我同其他兩位朋友就我order咗一個sushi set🍣, 另外一位就order佐和牛石燒餐🐃,sushi set 一上臺感覺很豐富, 魚嘅種類很多睇落D魚生很新鮮😍,如果以咁嘅價錢咁嘅質素其實都OK,我朋友嘅和牛石燒餐亦都很有氣勢😆,我哋聽啲店員講呢度嘅和牛原來響沖繩都好出名的,我朋友話啲和牛肉味非常之重入口即溶😋(總算無揀錯😁), 我地幾個朋友都食得好開心,因為呢度嘅款式實在太多了啦🙈,所以決定下次我哋聚會亦都嚟呢度啦!👍👍 continue reading
