每次想食貴價韓國燒烤,就會想起名家。星期日到名家吃午餐,用餐人數不多,空間感十足。Order了兩個烤牛肋骨配湯套餐,我們選了牛肉大醬湯及辣泡菜豚肉湯。負責服務的男同事非常有禮,用心解釋,及確認我們選的套餐內容,食物也很快到達。熱辣辣的牛肋骨,滿滿一盤,份量十足,是廚房烤的,烤熟程度剛剛好,非常易入口。牛肉大醬湯也是熱感充足,牛肉味滿滿,很溫暖。辣泡菜豚肉湯,味道也不錯,只是不夠辣,如果再辣一些,觀感會更加刺激。每人一個烤肉配湯餐已經非常滿足。至於服務上,衷心感受到是日的態度是極極極好,似乎與其他食客用餐時接受到的服務有很大差異,是否因為星期日比較少人,還是被人投訴得多換人了?這就不得而知了。 continue reading

最差的經歷沒有之一。 十一個人一個點了十二個午市套餐 上菜時 他們主動承認落錯單 後來更超過10次把餐點上錯 包括主菜及湯品他們的服務不但非常緩慢,在我們指出他們多次上錯菜後 更 最後等了超過一個小時才上菜,而且上來的菜還是錯的!他們的無能和不專業真的讓我感到非常失望。最令我無法接受的是,他們對這些錯誤毫不在意,完全沒有任何的歉意。當我嘗試向服務人員表達我的不滿時,他們根本不理會我,甚至還摔了帳單在我面前。這種對待客人的態度真的令人傷心和憤怒。以後請我也不會再去附上帳單 continue reading

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had!We were the first ones to rock up for lunch, and can you believe we waited over an hour just to see any food? When it finally showed up, it was all wrong – and we weren't the only ones! Every table seemed to be having their own nightmare.Trying to get the attention of the waitstaff was like being invisible. We'd say "excuse me" a million times, and they'd just breeze right by us. And when we finally managed to talk to the manager about the chaos, she was unbelievably rude, even arguing with us, claiming there was nothing she could do.And don't even get me started on the hassle of trying to pay the bill. It felt like the manager was about to fling it at us rather than hand it over.I'm definitely not coming back. Seriously, to the owner, you've gotta shake things up – starting with the manager. And maybe throw in some serious team training while you're at it! continue reading

中午12點,一班公司同事開開心心過黎聚餐,慶祝婦女節。落座時客唔算多。點知落完單一個鐘之後先上齊所有食物,期間仲無數次搞錯order,一係就等到花兒都謝了都未見個套餐,一係就俾左唔知邊個既order我地。一分鐘前啱啱講過漏左豆腐湯,一分鐘後端左一碗牛肉清湯俾我。仲有,投訴都無用,門口埋單個女人將帳單「啪」一聲抌喺我同事面前。其實都唔係第一次感覺到佢地既服務質素好差喇,之前試過埋單都等成二十分鐘,不過今次真係唔能忍。可以既話,服務我會俾0分。總之唔會再黎。 continue reading

We asked for the window seat and they said that is for 4 people, while later there is a couple to take the seat. Full of lies and we did do the reservation indeed. Manager and waitresses here are not attentive and not helpful at all. We at the entrance waited for 10 minutes and no one help us to lead the seat…Horrible service and waste the location, not recommend for a visit if you want to have an enjoyable day. continue reading
