I ordered a bowl of congee with fish and pork liver. The texture of the congee is very good. The pork livers are proper processed - completely clean and cooked (but not overcooked at all).
I also ordered a bowl of wonton in soup. The wonton is nicely made with fresh shrimps and pork with a little bit of fat (for the taste). The wrappings is thin but chewy. Traditional local fare - so don't be picky about the service or decor (take away is available)!
