本來想去咖啡弄,但沒有想到平日的三點幾也有那麼多人排隊!於是去了旁邊的icepop,店子看起來令人想起labmade,可惜後來發現labmade的雪糕比他好吃多了其玫瑰泡泡浴,雪糕太甜又很快溶,更沒有牛奶味。另外的蜜糖多士特色在於它是竹炭色,和綠茶雪糕不錯。雖然這的服務態度很友善,食物賣相很漂亮,但如果這個價錢,應該可以在更舒服的地方享用更好吃的下午茶。 continue reading

2245與朋友食完 dinner 想找一個地方可以坐下來又不會限時間被人趕的上樓上 cafe 感覺會太嘈,,那行行下就見 ice pop 就直接入內不太多人的時間,令人可以坐下閒聊又不怕嘈到別人薄荷分子雪糕+棉花糖,, 上面有好大的棉花糖,杯子下就是雪糕,,幾好食提拉米蘇 coco ,,一來就被試杯所吸引到了, 好特別, 味道都不錯的 ~ continue reading

Ice Pop是我們這次雪糕之旅的壓軸,有我很喜歡「看」的分子雪糕。還以為只是吃一小杯的分子雪糕,誰知朋友點了蜜糖竹炭多士配份子雪糕,非常壯觀!蜜糖竹炭多士配份子雪糕($86)以烤得香脆竹炭多士盛著兩球分子雪糕、士多啤梨和吉士醬,再加上蜂蜜,看得我們口水猛流。每天都有四款分子雪糕供應,口味定時轉換。其實我是來找尋「初戀的味道」,可惜初戀已逝(笑)…我們選了益力多雪糕和芒果糯米雪糕。分子雪糕也不一定是稀奇古怪的味道吧?又不是在吃哈利波特怪味糖(Harry Potter Bertie Botts Bean)…益力多雪糕很對辦,芒果糯米雪糕其實是芒果汁與糯米雪糕,雪糕內真的有粒粒糯米,很有趣呢!士多啤梨和蜂蜜都是上等貨。這個蜜糖竹炭多士配份子雪糕足夠兩個人吃,缺點是要等20分鐘。茶園芭菲($72)也是很漂亮的甜品,可能因為老闆娘曾在法國學廚,這裡的甜品都很有美感。茶園芭菲底層是茉莉花茶果凍,上面有加了意大利Mascarpone Cheese(就是做Tiramisu的芝士)的忌廉,還有海綿蛋糕和綠茶醬等,層次豐富。吃得太多雪糕,來一杯熱飲,我點了一杯伯爵茶($30)。伯爵茶為何叫伯爵茶呢?從前有位伯爵食欲不振,他的傭人就用佛手柑的皮加進茶裡,希望刺激伯爵的胃口,這是我讀香薰治療時,老師說的一則小故事。我強勁的朋友竟然再點了一客窩夫和雪糕!窩夫很香,我很喜歡焦糖香蕉。比利時特濃朱古力雪糕上($39),可加棉花糖(加$5),棉花糖應該是最常見的分子料理了。結果,我那一晚沒有吃晚飯。 continue reading

晚上晚飯後經過這兒, 試一試這個綿花糖雪糕。我們點了朱古力與綠茶味, 大大的綿花球真的十分吸引。綿花糖入口即溶。朱古力味香濃。綠茶雪糕的綠茶味濃, 與via tokyo的不相伯仲, 值得一試。 continue reading
