This was the second visit to a well-kept secret.  Tucked away in an old building and up two floors you'll find a rustic tunnel which opens to a cafe complete with a balcony. We were promptly seated and chose the value-for-money lunch deals.  For $98* you can have a starter (salad or soup of the day), a main (complete or galette of the day), and a dessert or coffee/tea.  Alternatively, for $118*, the dessert will be replaced by a dessert crepe. I chose the latter: t...

Nice gem on 2/F of a dilapidated old building. Quiet, relaxing space in the midst of busy Causeway Bay... The four of us shared a few savory crepes then topped off with a nice ice cream one. The kids especially liked the ham and egg. I liked the salmon. The duck confit was a tad dry, but still nice.

A colleague took us here for lunch and it did not disappoint. For just $98 (+10% service charge), you get a soup/salad, main and dessert (or substitute dessert for tea/coffee).  The daily soup was pumpkin soup. It tasted fresh and the seasoning was perfect. We savored it pretty quickly (didn't even take a picture!)  For the main, I went for the monthly special which had egg, feta cheese, ratatouille. It was delicious! As I was already quite full, I opted to have ...

Missed the chance to try this crêperie after it moved to Causeway Bay as their crepes machine was out of order last Christmas. Found this rainy evening a good opportunity to do so. Enjoyed the ambience and cozy environment with light music and tasteful decor.  The menu mainly consisted of crepes - of all flavours and ingredients, both sweet and savory. I tried a basic one with ham and egg, the crepe was lightly flamed and had a slightly strengthened texture which was able to ho...

Dinner--- I first ate Crepe in Nantes,France. There are several crepe restaurants in Hong Kong but they are too localised. My friends made the reservation so we no need to wait. Surprisingly, Fleur de Sel reminds me of the original taste of crepe! Although the place is tiny (we are in HK lol), the atmosphere/service/food are all above average. We ordered 2-3 sets of crepes/galettes, 1 set of escargot, 1 set of foie gras, 2 ice-cream/desserts, and 2 bottles of...

My friend always likes french food and so she suggested to visit this restaurant. When I called to make a reservation, the person over the phone spoke with a very heavy french accent, and since then, I thought that this should be a very traditional french restaurant. This restaurant is situated in the heart of Causeway Bay, just opposite Time's Square. Even so, it was rather hard to find the building. Nevertheless, we managed to find it in the end.  We reached the restaurant a...

Atmosphere is great! Food is great! I order fried Foie Gras as appetizer. It's nicely good. taste good. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.  I ordered the duck pan cake, the taste is good. Duck is a bit dry and chewee, pancake is crispy. Overall taste is good. But, it's not the best I have tried before. Creme brûlée ice cream is recommended! It's quite sweet though! I would love to comeback for tea n crepe again!  lol

Causeway Bay used to be my ‘hood when I was in highschool since that’s where it is located. Of course, this area has changed quite a lot over the past few years and I don’t feel the same familiarity as I did back then. Anyhow, my friends and I had an Escape Game (which was fun, scary and frustrating btw) so we looked for dinner in Causeway. I came across this French crêperie which is one of the top-ranked restaurant and decided to give it a try. When I called in for a reserv...

It was supposed to be dinner, but friend wanted dessert, here's the best of both worlds.I had LA creperie before, I loved it (except their service). This galette was slightly disppointing in comparison. It wasn't BAD.. but it wasnt GOOD either. And it didn't come out out enough, just barely warmed up.AND NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS!! There were only pieces of parma ham... and a few sprinkles of mushrooms. My friend never had LA creperie so unfortuante...

This place is well located in Causeway Bay, on a 2/F of a residential building, with a balcony. You could feel that you are a bit out of the hustle. Was here for lunch with colleagues as we found it when we looked up from the street. After seated, we quickly found that it's a place specialized in crepe. The easiest way is always to get the lunch set, so i have ordered Main Dish - Galette with emmental cheese, egg and tomato Great presentation that could make you mouthwat...
