星期一放假, 約了朋友去CWB食下午茶再逛街7點行到累但又不是太肚餓決定就腳去金百利找一間餐廳吃晚餐朋友想食中菜, 所以最後選了北京老家去到不用等位, 可以是因為星期一輕少人出街食, 而且七點還算早其實太多餐廳名太相似, 我也分不清 (北京樓, 北京人家, 北京老家....)北京老家的裝修古色古香, 最特別是它的木桌子是中間是一塊玻璃, 下面放了一個大瓷碗, 裡面養了一條小金魚我們看小金魚都看了好一會兒~最後叫了半隻北京填鴨及一個雞絲粉皮北京填鴨幾好食, 有鴨味$198都有D貴~雞絲粉皮正常囉~不過$82偏貴!兩個人本身唔肚餓, 所以夠飽~如果平時一定唔夠食....茶介好似$12/人, 加埋一, 埋單$330左右 continue reading

4個女仔喺銅鑼灣行完街, 喺金百利搵地方食晚飯, 發現左LEE間食京菜既餐館.店舖裝修非常特別, 無論門口, 座位, 枱面, 牆壁都充滿中國風, 感受到此店花了心機去裝修設計, 台底下仲有小魚缸, 有金魚陪住食飯, 一邊食一邊睇住金魚游黎游去, 好得意. (花左唔少時間自拍一番)好開心LEE到有我鍾意既北京填鴨食, 鴨肉燒得好香, 皮又夠脆, 無咩皮下脂肪, 唔會覺得好油, 用麵皮夾住鴨肉, 青瓜, 京蔥, 再加上甜醬, 好滿足呢!海蜇頭好爽, 好好味, 不過份量就好似少左D.女仔當然要食多d菜啦, 叫左個上湯娃娃菜, 夠味, 唔會太鹹.京蔥炒羊肉, 好多人都唔鍾意食羊, 覺得太膻, 好彩我地幾個都食, 就叫黎試試啦, 佢炒得好入味, 無咩膻味, D蔥都好好味.擔擔麵, 好大碗, 抵食.葱油餅, 好香, 好飽肚.白菜肉水餃, 水餃大大隻, 餡料夠多, 好味.因為食左好多飽肚野, 無力再戰招牌甜品 - 拔絲士多啤梨下次識點喇, 一定留肚食甜品 continue reading

吃了好幾道菜前菜有豬皮凍,本來好大期望,誰不知入面還有冰粒。。。好很失望,個樣也沒照片那麼討好。。主菜有:本來就沒什麼期望的北京填鴨真的比一般還要一般,下次不會再叫另外有水煮魚片,好彩有這個頂一下,這個是亮點,好正呀,魚好滑,而且都幾麻辣,但又吾會辣到食吾到~衰在個底的紅薯粉。。。爛曬。。。如果吾爛,這碟野應該可以清曬~(佢另一道菜是柚子魚,不過有點貴。。冇叫到~) 外加一菜,是豆苗,以為只是豆苗加上湯誰不知還有少許雜菇,同埋蝦仁,成碟菜即刻抵叫好多最後係好大好大期望的拔絲士多啤梨(Openrice有好多正評)點解咁似冰糖胡蘆。。可能我吾識食個樣係幾討好但士多啤利表面的糖衣實在太硬如果咬一定會痴牙但吾咬又要勁耐先嗒完d糖。。。。 下次會吾會再黎呢。。。我睇未必了。。。Ps 木台底的金魚也不是那麼令人雀躍呀姐態度不是不好但好趕時間下。。。野都未食完就問你係咪食曬又成日望張木台d野係咪清曬。。。係有點煩總結。。。名大於實 continue reading

🗓3月1日子忙忙忙 幾個月先約到個位like 中菜既auntie 飯聚 今次重係佢家鄕 北京菜一入去的確比個裝潢surprise 左下 每張枱都有個超大碗🐟缸 入面有3條小🐟游下游下 應該隔音防震好好 見佢地對我地係上面食野移動D野完全冇反應 提外話 係fb shared 相 竟然有人問係咪我食🤢🤢 我似會食金🐟咩🤢🤢Anyway 菜色對我尼講好地道 之前冇見過 都要朋友解釋先知係咩尼不過兩個人都係簡單點左- 蟹粉小籠包 味道中上 個人覺得個皮可以薄D就好 - 少少辣既炒菜 我唔係好食得辣 尼個既程度岩岩好 夠香口 菜亦新鮮 炒得🔥喉好 保持到爽口度- 薄餅 令我有驚喜 切成粉狀既size 好似食緊粉面 其實係薄餅 有少咸味加D肉碎 幾過癮 不過好飽肚 我地都冇食哂 朋友係北京人 comment 係都唔算整得好地道😂 continue reading

好久冇食北京填鴨,看openrice食評仲以為ok,點知離晒大譜,真係想食唔想吞…清炒蝦仁 $168一上枱已經覺得蝦仁顏色好透明,透明到似塑膠,點知食落真係似膠,彈到不得了,味如嚼蠟,雪蝦用化學嘢乸過龍向部長投訴,佢回應: 吓....喺咩?超無奈上湯蕃薯苗 $96比較油膩,上湯冇味,有d菌類配料同幾粒膠蝦填鴨 $198半隻份量奇少,似1/3隻,或者隻鴨發育不良啦!食味又平庸,索價離譜蓮藕盒 $98超厚炸漿包實2塊蓮藕,裡面再夾豬肉碎,肉碎有些奇怪的香料味葱油餅 $68葱奇少,餅皮口感較實,唔夠鬆,唯吸油技術不錯拔絲香蕉 $78豎起拔絲好搶眼,香蕉表面亦夠脆,但粉厚,蕉冇蕉味全晚冇一樣嘢滿意,環境擠迫又嘈雜,侍應冷漠,早知寧願貴d去北京樓或沙田18冇咁嬲。 continue reading
