With their signature pink décor, their counter in Sogo is truly the epitome of girliness. Interestingly, in a crossover with Sanrio, they have produced a hit item in a Hello-Kitty-shaped mousse cake.

One of my colleagues is obsessed with the sweets from @moncher_dojima, so we bought some dojima rolls for her birthday celebration! It was my first time trying these super yummy treats, but I totally get why one can be so addicted.This classic original was rich yet lightly sweet. Wrapped in a layer of soft airy cake, the thick cream stuffing made with fresh milk from Hokkaido farms was not heavy at all and melted immediately in our mouths. My personal favorite, as the distinct bittersweet tea taste was subtle yet robust at the same time. But then again, I’m a sucker for anything earl grey so this may be a little biased. 因為同同學一齊share，買咗牛奶，朱古力同埋伯爵茶味。牛奶味最好食由細到大都唔鍾意食忌廉，覺得其實都只係脂肪，冇乜特別，食落口冇味 😂 但我諗呢一間嘅忌廉，暫時來講係我唯一一間會食嘅，尤其是係roll cake。呢一間蛋糕舖嘅忌廉軟滑，個重點係，佢啲忌廉牛奶味好重，輕身，唔死甜，外面海綿蛋糕蛋糕體鬆軟，簡單清新，好好食。伯爵茶排第二伯爵茶忌廉嘅伯爵茶味其實都濃嘅，清新～朱古力味排第三我嫌佢朱古力唔夠重，客觀咁講，如果鍾意食朱古力嘅話，呢件蛋糕嘅朱古力味可能未必滿足得到，普普通通咁～

農曆新年上朋友屋企拜年，買禮盒🎁送禮之如，梗係要買西餅上去一大班人一齊食。食完LUNCH去銅鑼灣SOGO supermarket 行下，見到baby Mon cher D蛋捲好似好正。朋友話衣間係日本人氣甜品，就買黎試下招牌堂島蛋捲 $188衣個係標榜人氣NO#1既蛋捲外面重有個《福》字應下節，就買衣個一個大約切到5-6件蛋糕包捲着忌廉餡料，蛋糕🍰鬆軟，忌廉部份佔既比率都幾多，奶香味濃，柔軟，甜甜地但一D都唔膩。

之前去過大阪試過堂島卷的Roll Cake蛋糕之後, 對佢念念不忘,係日本食真係平好多,不過暫時未可以去到日本,心癮起走走買了一條原味的Roll Cake同家人分享.原條份量可以分到6-7份左右,視乎各小件的大小而家,這款Roll Cake同香港平時食到既有d唔同,外表只有一層海綿蛋糕,入面包著滿滿雪白的牛奶味Cream.外表曬上了Icing Sugar,先說說外表的海綿蛋糕,蛋味香濃,而且質感十分鬆軟,不過雪得太耐的話可能會影響口感,所以買了就要盡快享用,以免影響口感, 而中間滿滿雪白的牛奶味Cream, 牛奶味十分濃郁香甜, 而且質感十分幼滑,入口即溶,好幸福的牛奶味道,而且多吃也沒有太溜的感覺,跟家人分享一人一件至兩件好快就KO了. 太好味. 不過價錢略貴, 都係少食多滋味算了.

上次經過想買...今次我哩個抹茶控忍唔住買左...但總是希望越大失望越大!我買左櫻花抹茶堂兜卷Sakura Matcha Roll...食落抹茶味不重...蛋糕同埋入面既cream都冇乜味咁...食落似普通蛋糕 但好在佢唔太甜...入面既紅豆又係冇咩味既@_@不過好采冇乜抹茶味都有蛋糕味!成個抹茶卷最重抹茶味既係。。。抹茶粉仲係$38好貴....
