安南最近推出左了滋味的「越式節日二人晚宴 (HKD1,288/兩位)」,頭盤以春卷、甘露大頭蝦及蕉花雞絲青木瓜沙津三款料理作為拼盤來打開食欲,甘露大頭蝦非常新鮮又爽彈!接下來有原個椰皇海鮮湯,裡面有紅蘿白、帶子及蝦肉等材料,喝下去有陣陣椰香及鮮味。酥炸軟殼蟹配原個南瓜咖喱這道主食真是讓人停不了口,炸至金黃色又脆身的軟殼蟹,沾上一層濃味咖喱就更為惹味,旁邊還有外脆內軟的蒜蓉包,配咖喱吃也一流。 這道炭燒牛小排配黑醋蜜椒汁是必點之選,牛小排帶有細緻油脂,吃得到肉質的軟嫩多汁與鮮甜,黑醋蜜椒汁是靈魂所在,沾著吃變得獨特香甜。最後兩款主食有蒜子炒椰菜苗及日本和牛湯河粉,最後以自家製斑蘭拉椰糕及芒果椰汁奶凍兩款甜品作結,滿足。整體來說,每一道菜都好出色,一晚享受到多種口感和味道的變化,份量足夠讓你捧腹而回,推薦! continue reading

冬至當日在銅鑼灣行街,知道中菜一定冇位,所以食其他菜式,豬、牛、雞各兩串。味道一般,沙爹醬唔濃、唔香。除咗雞肉質較淋外,其他都係嚡!炸軟殼蟹太厚粉吸晒油,食落好漏。其實黃咖喱係配蒜蓉包😂,可惜咖喱汁太稀!乳豬有五大件,上菜時仲係熱熱哋;皮脆肉厚,有少少肥膏。用檬粉墊底,加酸甜汁可自製撈檬,加埋沙律菜,既解膩又開胃。不過不失,燒得唔夠香,亦冇炭燒味,都係要靠醬汁提升味道。正正常常,馬拉盞唔夠,比其他餐廳較淡味。餐廳裝修、氣氛唔錯。當晚不滿坐,但都係得個半鐘用餐時間,我和朋友要另找地方傾偈! continue reading

喺香港想搵間坐得舒服少少嘅越南菜,都唔容易架,原來1957集團有做埋越南菜,裝修同環境都好舒適。即刻book位試吓先服務員相當有禮貌,因為唔係成日食越南菜,服務員不厭其煩咁介紹咗Menu上面好多唔同嘅菜式,以廣東話嘅咬字亦都十分清楚,溝通好愉快我哋亦都聽咗佢介紹嘅熱門菜式即刻落order等咗一陣就上菜,擺盤同埋小食都好有心。越南炸春卷好香口,一啲都唔油膩,仲可以配埋青檸汁另外一個炭燒豬肉亦都好特別,配菜有啲生菜,包埋一齊食一啲肥膩嘅感覺都冇然後主食梗係越南生牛河啦,冇得輸呀!服務員果然好介紹下次肯定會encore continue reading
