為了道別陪伴左我們27年嘅美式餐廳，今日成班同事專程去食一餐 鬆軟嘅麵包而且充滿麥味，而個鬆餅係我嘅至愛，面頭個層鬆脆裏面有合桃紅蘿蔔口感好軟熟 首次試食其他沙律，雞肉好嫰木瓜好juice，但個沙律汁略為酸左少少 水牛城風味剛好，酸得黎有少少辣，雞翼唔會太乾身 墨西哥薄餅裏面有芝士雞肉等等，再配以咸左少少嘅牛油果醬或者有陣墨西哥風味嘅蕃茄汁，同事話係臭狐味但我覺得好好味 充滿味道嘅炸粉包住粒蘑菇，好惹味 由於有些同事唔食咁生所以叫左個6成熟，但我覺得好鞋，唔夠嫰滑，但充滿牛嘅味道味道剛好酸酸甜甜，海鮮都好有口感唔會太老，意大利飯軟硬適中，每口飯都會有海鮮食到，但唔知點解d米好似大粒過平時

三個女仔用午餐時間匆匆聚在一起慶祝生日。我從中環趕去，好在餐廳地點十分好找，一上電梯就在醒目亮眼處！一早預約好不用等馬上可以坐下。餐廳是美式風格，周圍都有聖誕裝飾，中間有一部大電視在播球賽，向上望還有一列聖誕小火車不停轉動，加上輕鬆的音樂令我覺得好像是Friday night 般放鬆。我們一坐下二話不說馬上點菜。坐下時大概一點，餐廳內頗多人很熱鬧。送上的餐包質素很高！朱古力muffin很鬆軟內裡都是滿滿的合桃果仁，沒有朱古力太甜的味道，熱哄哄的很好吃。黑糖麵包更深得我心，可能我一直愛吃黑糖麵包，軟硬感適中，不會太鬆軟吃下去像吃空氣，又不會太硬一直咬不完。另外還有一個小餐包比較之下就普通了。因為氣氛很好，餐包又出色，令我們不其然對主菜也很期待。不過一直等，我們幾個女仔已經很興奮地吱吱喳喳聊天一段時間，才驚覺什麼食物還未到？想找個waiter來問一下，每個waiter都非常忙碌，即使走過聽到我們的呼喚亦只急步走過好像沒有聽到我們。幾個都是這樣子確實說令我們多多少少有點不爽。好不容易找到一個願意停下的才說會替我們和廚房跟進一下。再等了好一陣子兩個主菜終於到了。我們點了linguine red clam sauce ($138) and a Philly cheese steak sandwich ($118)。 先說linguine，一看紅檔檔一片滿滿的sauce和意粉，吃下去味道也不錯。很濃的味道，沒有太多蕃茄的鮮味，反倒是濃濃蕃茄醬的味道，也沒有吃到海鮮味，不過是有吃到小小顆顆的蛤蜊，挺好吃。第二樣是Philly cheese steak sandwich，看到這碟上枱時和我們期望的有點出入。我們心目中的steak sandwich 是片片鮮嫩粉紅的牛肉夾在兩塊麥皮麵包中，裡面有片cheese這樣子。看到的卻像是一大塊麵包上都是cheese包裹著牛肉。還有一大條酸瓜作伴碟。cheese很膩很重味道，麵包咬下去不易撕開，切下去也不易切開，粗糙的沒有很好吃。即使我們幾個女仔共享也很heavy。伴碟還有薯條和coleslaw沙律。因為上菜來得晚，吃得有點兒趕，服務生態度亦不友善，不過總括而言我們這午餐還是很愉快，因為好友能找到時間相聚就已經很高興 (笑)。

今次同事請我們一堆十幾人吃飯慶祝，十分高興，同事選擇了Dan Ryan。我個人食過數次，是一個不錯的選擇，因為環境有那種美式的氛圍，而食物更是那種大大份可以開心share的。//由於點了不少，未能盡錄，有些值得一試：cream chowder: 用麵包上，十分大個，湯亦十分濃郁。//chicken wing:其中一招牌菜，少少香辛辣，不錯的小食。//不過真點得太多，好像有點吃不下，同始終是一張好長的檯，有點難傾偈，不過如是三五知己都是一個不錯的選擇。

It is very busy when lunch time in admiralty. Many restaurants also need to book or queueing when lunch time period. However, we go Dan Ryan this time no need to queue or book. We just go in and order food. Firstly, we ordered two dishes one salad one, beef sandwiches. After we ordered food, waiter gave some breads and muffins to us. Muffins are the main point as this muffins are specially cruspy and moisty. And has many nuts. Maybe there was a busy lunch time, we need to wait a bit longer time till the dishes are presented. The shrimp salad are fresh but not that large portion while the beef sandwiches used burger bread which is different from others sandwiches. Last but not least, it is tasty but price isn't that cheap enough as a normal lunch
