再興燒臘係灣仔已經開咗好多年,每次路過都爆場,出品追求快、靚、正!~三寶飯三寶有义燒、切雞和燒鴨,肉明顯是急凍冷藏肉,入口有點過於鬆軟,失去彈性和肉汁。。。不過經醃制加上燒烤後味道還可以,喜歡的是汁可以按自己喜好而加,要挑剔的話白米飯溫度入口只是暖的。。。呢個失分好多。。。可能老闆希望大家可以盡快吃完盡快埋單盡快多做幾個客人。。。。。。綜合只是一家網紅店,不吃沒什麼損失,如果路過花過港幣52蚊一碟燒味飯打個卡也無所謂嘅。。。 continue reading

呢間灣仔出名嘅燒臘店,今日就去咗食lunch,我就叫咗肥叉燒燒鴨髀飯,味道真係非常唔錯,叉燒嘅味道非常香,而且加埋半肥瘦嘅味道,送飯簡直一流,亦都食到師傅嘅工㗎,燒鴨髀亦都燒得非常香,肉質非常嫩,雖然份量唔算太多,不過以呢一個質素我都覺得對得住呢一個價錢,提一提佢加$10可以加個湯,係冇味精嘅老火湯,我嗰日係蘿蔔豬骨湯,非常正,飲完暖笠笠,而且非常足料,最緊要係冇味精,飲完湯唔使係咁飲水,$10呢一個價錢真係良心價! continue reading

10幾廿年冇去過,淨係記得佢嘅叉燒係好出色、忽然之間出開銅鑼灣就去再次幫襯吓!一入到去環境非常混亂地方好邋遢,😅地下仲係好多油好跣嘅😖叫咗一個叉燒飯一個乳豬飯🖐🏻乳豬係超肥同他們反映他們還告訴我肥才是好食的😤叉燒飯的叉燒真心不錯👌🏻可惜他們的飯落得太多水直程係起晒飯膏!真心失望!有時不明白點解香港啲餐廳既然做咗咁多年出咗名唔繼續努力經營要浪費曾經努力的資源成果!見到都有遊客慕名而去😕 continue reading

前日晏晝,趁啲人未放飯就搶閘落再興食個快飯,唔駛等位,叫咗個燒肉肥叉飯,一罐可樂。等分半鐘,就有得食,呢啲咪就係效率囉,係嘅,賣相係唔靚仔嘅,燒肉係甩皮嘅,叉燒係切得唔齊嘅,但係加咗啲「好味汁」之後,擺到落口又係另一回事嚟。所謂嘅「好味汁」,老實講同其他燒味檔嘅汁我覺得係分別不大嘅,但係的確係唔加唔得,因為唔加,個飯會變得好難食。燒肉正常,偏少少燶,個人接受到嘅。叉燒中上,夠腍,夠味,係啲肉有少少柴。唔叫得上好好味,如果你可以抹走哂門口白色肥仔牌嘅記憶,響對佢冇任何期望嘅情況下去食,就接受得到囉。 continue reading
